I couldn't believe that she had interrupted my precious moments with Quinn because of Roman. Surely, she acted strange. I knew that Quinn was also suspicious of her but I didn't want to go down that road.

She exhibited attitudes that I never knew my mother had and secondly, her voice was very strange but her face, she looked so much like my mother and that was enough for me to believe that she actually was.

" You know, he is also my son and I would like to talk to him." She blurted out.

I had no plans to hide how displeased I was, I told her that I didn't want to talk about him and there she was, disturbing my peace with his name.

I said nothing as I face-palmed myself.
