Chapter 12

The whole day how to meet up with Michael kept crossing June's mind. She wanted to speak with him but she didn't know how to get to him because she didn't collect his number and she didn't give him the chance to speak with her. Since she didn't succeed in getting her job back, he was the only solution to her problems now even though she hates to admit it.

She took her last order "I will be going to the back for my lunch break, I will hand it over to you" June said and left the post for her friend.

"Of course go ahead"

She went into the kitchen before she rummaged through her bag searching for a chew gum while she stumbled across a business card with a number on it and without thinking twice because she couldn't afford to think.

She called the number and waited for the person to pick up the phone. After the third ring, the person finally picked up

"Hello" June dropped the phone on the ground in shock at the voice she just heard. It was the man she had slapped angrily few days ago, the man who she had wanted to speak to at the moment. She picked the phone back.

"Hello" She repeated

"I see that you called me June," Michael said and June was startled, She wondered how he knew that she was the one, it was as if he had been waiting for her call.

"I was expecting your call, have you thought about my offer?" He asked. How the hell did he know that she was going to call him, This man just kept amazing her each day. He was a strange man.

First, he made her lose her job, and then he asked her for a very ridiculous thing, He asked her to be a mother to his daughter and warm his bed when she wasn't a prostitute and then he got her mother's information in one day and then sent it to her.

Who exactly was this man and what did he want from her?

"Who exactly are you, why do you keep wandering around me?" June asked him and he gave out a hearty laugh. His laugh made her skin itch and her body vibrate. She felt so much sexual tension from this man whom she had only just spent one night with.

"My name is Michael but you already know that and I want you June. Meet me at the address I will send to you tomorrow and we will discuss more. I will answer all your questions there" He said and then the line went dead. He hung up on her.

June checked her text message for the address he sent to her and luckily for her, the place was nearby and she wouldn't have to spend too much on cab fare. Tomorrow she was going to find out who the hell the man was and why he won't stop lingering around her

"June the manger is looking for you" Her friend called for her and she hurriedly left for the office.

The next morning they met at the place that Michael asked her to meet although she arrived earlier than he did because she wanted to take in everything about him as soon as he walked into the shop.

Michael arrived a few minutes after her and he sat down at the table with her. "June"

"Michael" She called his name but it felt so awkward for her because this man in front of her was still a mystery. The only thing she knew was that he was a rich man who didn't have anything better to spend his money on.

"I don't have all day as I still have an important meeting to attend this morning so I won't keep you for too long, I will get straight to the point," He said and neither did she.

She had to be at work soon so she wanted him to get to the point. She was a nervous wreck even though Michael was sitting as if he didn't just ask her to warm his bed two nights ago.

"I own the hospital that your mother stays in and I can help you," He said and she gasped in surprise. He owned the hospital and he wanted to help her.

"Why do you want to help me?" She asked and he laughed. " I already made my intentions known to you that night before you slapped me," He said and she froze on the spot.

It was true, She had slapped him that night because of what he had said, what if he decided not to help her again because of her reckless. "It's fine I won't hold it against you. here is the contract" He said and then slides a document to her on the table.

She picked it up with shaky hands and then opened it before reading the content of the document. In the document it stated that her mother would be treated for free, all the medications would be free and her daughter's education fees would be paid for a year and all she had to do was to agree to his terms and that was to his daughter's substitute mother and become his sex mate.

June couldn't believe what she was seeing, it was all just like a dream. She burst into tears when she finished reading the clause of the contract. He would do all of this for her because he needed a mother for his daughter and someone to relieve his stress. It was a lifetime opportunity. this man would help save her mother if she just did this thing that he wanted.

"Why do you want to do all of this for me? there are lots of women out there who can be your daughter's mother and also warm your bed up and you won't have to give them so much so why me and I even slapped you last night why are you going through all of this for me?" She asked him.

"I can't explain it myself because I don't know why but it has to be you. I will do all I promised to do if you agree to my terms. I will have you know that I never go back on my words. I'm not going to rush you June but you should also know that I'm not a very patient man so I would give you twenty-four hours, just a day to think about it all and make up your mind. " He said and stood up as he checked the time on his wristwatch. He must be in a hurry

'I will take my leave now because I told you earlier that I have a business meeting to attend to and I wouldn't want to be late, see you later June, I hope by then you would have a positive answer to my proposal"

Before she could give him a reply, he had already left the shop. She was confused and didn't know what to do. Just then then her phone rings, she stared at the caller Id to see doctor Rachel's name on the screen.

"I am still waiting for your reply and the money concerning your mother's surgery Miss skylar" The woman said and June's heart sank and then she stared at the contract again.

"I will get back to you doctor Rachael" June told her and then she hung up on her.

She had to accept the proposal because of this call. Her mother's condition must come first in any situation because without the surgery her mother's condition would worsen because the second surgery was supposed to come immediately after the first one and two days have passed since the success of the first surgery.

June is torn even more and put in a hard spot. She had to save her mother, She loved her mother to death and her younger sister couldn't live without their mother. As the eldest she had to do what she had to do. She had to save her mother and if accepting Michael's terms will save her mother, She had no other option but to accept his terms and be his daughter's substitute mother.

With all of this in her heart, She didn't need a day like he had given her  to think about his offer. She had made her decision on the spot and she would agree to his terms. She called the number he used to speak with her the day before and he picked up immediately as if he knew she was going to call him.

"I have made up my mind Michael," She said and let out a sigh

"You don't have to give me a reply today. you have till tomorrow to think about it before deciding June" He said

"I don't need a day. I agree to your terms, I will be your daughter's substitute mother and your sex slave"
