“The train is about to be crashed Mark, what should we do now?” Rose who was scared to death asked . She just couldn’t bare the fact that she was going to lose her little babies to the cold hands of death.

She wished she had never embarked on such journey and had began to blame Mark her husband for what was about happening to them.

“You caused all these Mark. I should have just declined this silly decision of yours when you came up with it!” She blamed him with a sad look on her face.

“Oh no Rose, you can’t accuse me for what I didn’t do intentionally. We both accepted it and we had to embark on this journey” He returned looking at her with a cold gaze.

Before he could turn to look at his kids, he blacked out .

They had crashed into another train and it wasn’t a funny accident. Everyone in the train were all laid on the ground lifelessly.

No one could move an inch and all that happened in the train were the lights of the train coming on and off.

Suddenly, Mr. Mark’s eyes opened a bit. He groaned in so much pain as he tried looking for his wife and kids.

He couldn’t move his body because he had a hefty looking man lying lifelessly on him.

“Rose…” he whispered but no one could hear him call out his wife’s name.

Rose was already dead and her kids were dead too. They were under a big man who couldn’t move his body.

They couldn’t breath two minutes after the accident and then they suffocated to death.

It wasn’t a happy story and in a twinkle of an eye, Mark had lost his whole family leaving his only daughter at home.

He wondered how she was going to make it in life when she had no experience about the outside world.

Everything was planned out. How she was going to grow up, whom she was going to become after schooling too , but it wouldn’t be happening anymore because of the accident.

Mark laid on the ground groaning and things about his past kept popping into his head.

“Ro..se..” He stuttered with his last strength. He was going to die a weak man and that wasn’t fair.

After few minutes of reminiscing what was happening and what had happened to him and his family, he saw an image walking closer to where he laid with pains all over his body.

It was a man in his late thirties just as he was but he just couldn’t get to see who it was.

The man’s face was blur. And no matter how hard he tried to strain his eye sight to see who it was he just couldn’t get a perfect gaze at him.

“Hello Mark” a deep voice followed immediately he stopped walking closer to where mark was.

“Help… please… help me and my… my family please” Mark pleaded not minding who he was.

“I see you’ve not still learnt your lesson huh?” the stranger spoke out to Mark.

They were the only two surviving individuals in the train so no one could hear them speak .

“Who are you?” Mark asked looking curious although he still couldn’t get a gaze at the stranger.

“And what would that do for you Mark? You’ve been the best working Manger in the company but I guess it’s time you give it up for someone Competent” He advised as his facial expression changed to a mean and rude one.

It was at that moment that Mark realized that the train accident was planned from the beginning.

He had taken a one day leave from his office but still couldn’t guess who it was that knew that he was going to board a train.

He only told one person and that was his best friend who was as rich as fuck . They worked in the same company and he trusted him.

“Who the fuck are you!!?” he bellowed with all his strength and immediately, he began to get weaker by the minute.

His eyes had began to close and he could see his life fading away.

“Mark , mark…. Curiosity they say killed the cat. You are not a cat and shouldn’t deserve to be treated as one. I love you Mark and that’s why I just can’t let you die out of curiosity” He stated authoritatively.

“I will tell you who I am, but don’t go around telling people or else your daughter gets it” He threatened and immediately Mark retaliated .

“Don’t you dare touch my daughter you fool!!” Mark spoke out.

“Crystal right, she would be a nice slave for me” He uttered as he smirked.

He stood up from where he was squatting and went a bit closer to where Mark was laid.

“Do you want to really know who I am? Or you would just guess?” he asked with a corny smile all over his face.

“I am…..” He announced as he went closer to whisper who he was into Mark’s ear.

Mark opened his eyes widely knowing who the fuck was behind his family’s death.

“I…. I…”He tried saying but then the stranger stepped on his head which was already bleeding.

“Beg for your life Mark” He ordered angrily.

“I would rather die than let you see me beg” Mark stated and that was his last statement before passing out.

“Finally, peace… I love the quiet environment” He smirked as he turned to leave the train before the securities could come open the train.

Mark opened his eyes and found a paper on the ground close to him. He had pretended to be dead so the stranger could leave him.

He held the paper tightly as tears ran down his eyes.

      “Crystal” He finally spoke out.

“Open it up!! Now!!” the people who had came to rescue everyone in the train ordered.

They tried their best to open the doors of the train. It wasn’t that easy but they succumbed.

“Dad!!!, No way dad!! I know you can hear me dad!! Wake up dad please!!” Crystal yelled out as she pleaded with him.

Tears rolled down her eyes seeing her dad in such position. Blood filled his clothes like he was being drenched in a pool of blood.

“I know you can hear me dad, please don’t do this to me, am here dad please wake up!!” she cried out as she choked in her sobs..

“Get her out of there man, we got other bodies to pull out!” the chief in command stated and immediately, she was pulled out of her dad’s body.

She had refused to let go but then her aunt held her tightly as she wailed.

Crystal had ran over to her aunt’s place to go get her so they could go check the train station which her aunt accepted.

They got there and the first body they saw was that of Mark her father.

It was a difficult task to endure the fact that her dad was no more and her mom too.

She couldn’t bare everything that was happening and within the twinkle of an eye, she passed out.
