SOMEONE LIKE HER

Avery heard the crackling of the ground. It became louder as the figure approached her. She looked at where the person was coming from.

He heard the exact body shape of Salvador. Her soul leaped for joy. But, it was Elias.

"What are you doing here? He asked.

Disappointedly, she looked back to the sky. She was dumb to believe that is actually Salvador.

"Nothing." She replied.

Without asking for permission Elias sat beside her. Avery stared at him as he took his seat.

"The stars are beautiful tonight." He said.

She doesn't look like someone who would be interested in a conversation with him.

Avery stood up. "I need to go to bed now. I'm feeling sleepy." Avery said, and without hearing from Elias - she left, and Elias just watched her leave.
