Chapter Eighty-Eight

Third person

Samar managed to convince Sam to pass the night at his place. It was a tough task accomplishing.

"I'm leaving first thing tomorrow," Sam said, seriously.

"Alright," Samar said, knowing there was nothing he could do to make her change her mind. She was a type of person who always sticks to her words. "- but where will you go? I will be worried about you."

"Don't worry about me."

"You know that's impossible."

Sam scoffed.

"I was serious about my confession Sam. I love you."

"Woah! You've gotten over the death of the wife you claimed to love so much. The woman who sacrifice her family for you! Great... Just wonderful."

Samar listened to her words and the memories of his late wife came flooding into his mind. He knew it was unfair to her - he felt as if he was cheating on her, but there was nothing he could do to control his heart. The heart wants what it wants. Maybe, just maybe they were not meant to be and Sam was the one destined for him, but one thing he was certain
