Chapter 8 Teach me how to be gentle.

Dante said it coldly but if Renee had looked at him more closely,she would have seen a slight loving smile on his lips.

But Renee had only heard those cold words and it made her swallow.

Haunt her sleep?

Could he really do that?

It was Dante’s treat and Renee didn’t offer to pay at all.After all this man was wearing a suit worth more than 10 million euros.She ate as much as she could and didn’t stop until she was too full to continue.

Dante offered to drive her back to her dorm but she asked him to stop at the last traffic light because she didn’t want other students to see his Ferrari.

But then he unexpectedly asked for something before she got down.

“Kiss me before getting down.”

Renee’s eyes widened.”What?”

She was sitting in the passenger’s seat and could see the other half his beautiful profile.

If girls didn’t see the other half of his face,they would fall in love with him at first sight.

She swallowed because she herself was attracted to the beauty of his half face.

Dante looked at her blushing face and felt even more pleased.He continued making fun of her.

“Didn’t you say you’ll get used to seeing me.This is just the beginning.Don’t tell me you were only sweet talking me.“

His voice was deep and mellow,like the melodious tone of the cello,which sounded particularly pleasant.

She sighed and summoned her courage.”I wasn’t sweet talking you.I meant it.”

And then she touched his cheek with her little hand.It was the first time she touched the wrinkled and burnt part of his face,it felt cold and it scared her a bit.

But when she thought that this man would live with her for a lifetime,she wasn’t scared of it anymore.

And it was starting to seem like Dante wasn’t as bad as the rumors had painted him to be.

She leaned over and tried to kiss him on the cheek but he quickly pulled away and told her he wanted it on the lips.

Renee swallowed and then he decided to take the lead,he leaned closer and pressed his lips against hers.

He ran his mouth over her,nibbling her lips,then he pushed his tongue into her mouth to dwell with her tongue.

He kissed her deeply, stealing the breath from her lungs.

Renee was lost in the kiss and before she knew it,he had reclined his chair and then he wrapped his big hands around her,pulling her to sit on his laps.

Before she could say anything,he caught her lips with his again and kissed her deeply.

The first time she had kissed him, it was just a light peck and she didn’t want to consider that as her first kiss.

She had always wanted her first kiss to be tender and romantic but right now, this man was kissing her roughly to the point that her lips started to hurt.

Her eyes turned red and misty,tears forming in them.

Dante finally noticed her expression and reluctantly let go of her.

As he saw that she was about to cry,he felt distraught and could not breathe.

What’s worse was that he still wanted to keep kissing her.

Dante could not understand why she was about to cry but he felt angry.

“Get down!”He ordered,coldly.

Renee felt wronged before and now she was even more sad hearing his words.She didn’t do anything wrong.He was the one kissing her too aggressively and now he was acting as if she had wronged him?!

She opened the door and got off the car and then angrily slammed the door,startling Dante.

As she stormed off,she started talking to herself.

“My God.He has not an ounce of gentleness in him!No wonder he couldn’t find a wife for so long!He should be single for the rest of his life…”

As she continued talking to herself,she didn’t know he had gotten down from the car too and was just walking behind her.

“Haven’t I already found my wife?”

Renee was shocked to hear his voice before her,as she turned around,she bumped into his chest.

She quickly moved back but then missed her steps.

She screamed thinking she was going to land on the ground but Dante quickly caught her.

She swallowed as she stared at him.

Dante could finally understand why she had almost cried at the car.He had always been an aggressive and rough man.

When he had a taste of her lips,it had sent his senses into an overdrive and he just desperately wanted more, that was why he had kissed her like that.

Now,he felt genuinely remorseful.

He mentally warned himself to take things slow with her so she wouldn’t get scared.

“Teach me how to be gentle.”He said,softly to her as he made her stand on her feet again.

Now it was Renee’s turned to be remorseful.

She didn’t mean for him to hear what she had just said.

Dante smiled,playfully at her and drawled.”So you said I should be single for the rest of my life?”

“I didn’t mean that.And I wasn’t done talking.”

He cocked an eyebrow.”What more were you going to say?”

“I was also going to say that you’re tall and powerful,you look strong and you make me feel secure.You’re powerfully built too.Like a Greek god.And you’re great…”Renee had to put her best foot forward but she couldn’t find any more adjectives to flatter him so she started stammering out some meaningless words.

Dante looked at her and leaned closer.

Feeling uneasy, she tried to move away from him but he wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer to himself.

His lips were closed to her ear and his warm breath tickled her skin,making her tremble all over.

His voice came over with a tone of amusement.”Powerfully built?You seem curious about my body.”
