Chen Lijuan shuddered in fright at the hoarse baritone behind her.
It was just a voice, but it'd sent chills down her spines. Her knees wobbled, threatening to give out.Chen Lijuan couldn't understand why the voice was having so much intense effect on her. She'd been shouted and yelled at, but none had this much effect on her. None was close to making her feel what this voice made her feel.

At that moment, Chen Lijuan realized what a huge mistake it was to turn around. Her words were gone. All she could do was stare.

"Si...sir, I...umm...I'm sorry, I wasn't planning on taking it. I found it on the ground and I just picked it up when you screamed out.“
His brows furrowed in an evident fury. "What? Screamed out? Are you crazy? How dare you talk back at me like that?!"
Chen Lijuan was yet to find the answers to his trillion questions. However, the stranger wasn't about to let her speak.
"You dare take my magazine and you stand there talking nonsense? Who the hell do you think you are?!"
Panic gripped Chen Lijuan at how much the stranger was fuming. Her senses were wide awake, alerting her on how dangerous the stranger seemed.
Her heartbeat raced. With the little courage she could muster, she spoke up."Sir, I'll kindly repeat. I did not want to take the magazine. I wanted to pick it up and place it on the bench right there. I have no use for it so why would I wanna take it?"
There was a bench close to an electric pole beside a luxurious car that turned out to be his.
The stranger stalked her, his fury very audible in his slow steps. The look in his eyes screamed disgust. "You are g..."

The stranger winced in anger at the scream from behind which interrupted him. Chen Lijuan instantly recognized the voice and quickly spun around.It was her sister.
