The lady in White

"Woohoo!" Men exclaimed from different angles as the young lady walked shyly onto the stage wearing white laced lingerie exposing her perfectly curved hips and firm breasts on her tanned chest. Her long blonde hair, shined brightly under the stage light. Smoke puffed everywhere and it was almost foggy inside the club as each man held their cigarettes.

Kimberly closed her eyes in shame and guilt as she had no choice but to do as she was almost naked. She had wished this would stop so she could start living a normal life. She had been dancing in this same club for years and now tonight, she was going to spend the night with a man. She was determined to pay back what she owed and to break free from Mr. Raymond's constant maltreatment. He owned the club and had raised her and David, her younger brother since they were kids. Mr. Raymond seized no opportunity to remind them about their debt. Who wouldn't want to be free from the hands of such a greedy man who didn't even send her brother to school to study? Fifteen years ago when Kimberly and her brother, David were found by a Reverend sister who had an orphanage. She gave them out for adoption to Mr. Raymond since she didn't have money to continue the orphanage. The other kids in the orphanage were adopted too by other families. She was lucky her brother was adopted alongside her.

"She's taking so much time" one man yelled loudly.

" Is she shy"? Another blurted out amidst the noises as the men argued between themselves.

"Why is she wearing white? Does that means she's a virgin? Can I taste her? I'll pay a very high amount for her". An old short man yelled and stood up.

"She is a special package" a cold voice spoke from the speakers. "Indeed, she's a virgin, there'll be an auction tonight. She's for sale." Instantly, Kim recognized the voice. It was Mr. Raymond's voice.

"What!" Kim said angrily and frowned." No wait, this wasn't our deal." She mumbled and turned to leave the stage to go talk to Mr. Raymond as she didn't understand what he meant. Two bodyguards blocked her way immediately and she couldn't leave the stage.

"I'm not for sale!! I'm only here to work for money." She said angrily. Kim punched the bodyguard who didn't flinch.

"Pretty woman, don't worry, I'll pay you a high amount to be with me." The short man said and looked at her lustfully.

"Three million". Someone yelled from the crowd.

"Five million," another yelled, almost immediately.

"No no let me go", she kicked another guard on his knee. "Are they made of iron? how come they don't even move." Her eyes turned red as she gave them a Stern look.

"Tell him I'm not for sale, we made a deal I'll work for a while and pay him, tell him." She said. They just looked at her, they didn't attempt to move.

"Eight million " the auction continued.

"Twenty million a cold voice yelled from the crowd, leaving everyone silent.

"Twenty million!" Kimberly exclaimed that's outrageous. That amount was four times what Mr. Raymond claimed we owed. She turned back to see who offered that amount for her. The voice came from the VIP area.

"Twenty million!! Going? twenty million?" No one responded again and Mr. Raymond said. "SOLD!."

"What! You can't do that", she yelled loudly as t the two guards dragged her away. Kim felt humiliated, she was sold off like a mere slave.

They pushed her into a room and locked the door.

Kimberly kicked and banged the door till she became tired and started crying.

"Why?", She yelled her eyes red and teary. She could kill Mr. Raymond. if he were to come to her that moment.

Shortly after a while, she heard the door open. it was the devil. the person she had been waiting for.

"You! This wasn't our deal. I told you, I'll raise the money. My brother and I have been serving you since we were children we don't owe you that much, but you insisted I work and pay the full amount. How dare you sell me like a common slave? you raised me for years and I appreciate that. That doesn't give you the right to sell me off." Kim yelled

"Do you prefer I sell your brother in your place?" Mr.Raymond said sarcastically.

Kim understood what he meant immediately.

She trembled. "N...no." She replied frightened by his threat.

"That amount was hilarious, I never thought anyone would pay twenty million for you"

"That money is for what you and your brother owed and the expenses I've been doing for you both since you were kids. I know I wouldn't regret raising you both. Now you just have to be a good girl to your new owner". He touched her hair, Patting it slowly.

"new owner? I some kind of property?" she asked, frustrated, and then she spits on him.

"How dare you bite the finger that fed you" Mr. Raymond yelled and slapped her hard on the face and she fell to the floor.

"Angelica" he called out and a young lady who looked a bit older than Kimberly ran into the room." Get her dressed up to leave," he said and left.

Angelica quickly helped him Kim staring at her red face. "Did he hit you again?" She asked and Kim nods. This wasn't the first time Mr. Raymond hit Kim, she always defied all his orders so he hits her most times.

"Your Highness", Andrew said calmly. " Should I book a room where you can meet her later? we don't have much time to find your bride before the day runs out." He said calmly.

Andrew thought Henry wanted to get pleasure from the girl from earlier, Henry was given a day by the Emperor to get a bride else he'll be forced into an arranged marriage. Although he hadn't seen Henry interested in any girl for a very long time. they've come to the club severally and it was to watch Kim dance. He wondered why he bought her today. Did he want to spend time with her? he thought to himself.

" I've just bought my bride". Henry said with a smirk on his face.

"But.but.your Highness, do you think the emperor wouldn't find out? will he allow you to marry her"?. Andrew asked curiously.

" He has no choice, he asked me to bring a bride, and I'm going to bring him one. A tough one at that." He paused. Remembering how she replied to Mr. Raymond. He was sure Kimberly is a smart woman. Bring her to the car when she's ready" Henry said and walked out of the club.

"What is his highness planning this time? " Andrew shook his head, he couldn't understand his boss's plan. The Emperor definitely won't accept his choice.
