Chapter 28. “False Accusation”
Gavril and I together with the prosecutor are now in a nearest café from the funeral house. The prosecutor is sitting on the other side of the couch while holding his cup of espresso coffee topped with a hot milk and cinnamon powder. I looked at Gavril and he seem so fine sipping to his frappe.
He is now staring at Gavril with a smirk written on his face. Gavril return him a smile and wave his head.
“I know what is going to you mind, Kuya Alf. Just ask,” he stopped and put down his cup of frappe on the table. “And we will give you our honest answer.”
Chapter 29. “Hatred and Frame-up”Finally, Kuya Alf called Gavril. We are now on our way to the prosecutor’s office. Sabi ni Alexis, Kuya Alf intentionally avoided us calling because this is not a playground for a child to play. But Gavril insists to help him with the case and he asked me if he can tell them about my ability and I gave him my permission, at first I can feel and sense that Kuya Alf is really hesitant to believe what Gavril said about my ability, not until Alexis helped us to explain and persuade his brother to believe us.After that day when Gavril, Alexis, and I talked about the third case, it is now clear in my mind that it was a murder, the suicide thing is just a trap to make the case confusing. But when Alexis breaks down his hypothesis based on the things that I have seen in my vision of Francine Domingo’s death, we are now sure that it was a murder. But the suspect who is now detained is not the r
Chapter 30. “Can’t be avoided”Every day, there are about 150,000 people died. And many people are mourning losing a loved one. The human body is made of billions of cells as they grow, and when that cell biologically stops functioning, the human body will eventually die. They say that nobody knows how and when are we gonna die, nobody knows what will happen when our time arrived. Death is part of our life. We are all born to live and we are all gonna die. Nobody can escape death, death is inevitable.Ulan.
Chapter 31.
Chapter 32. “Justice will prevail”“He is joining us today.” Nahihiyang sagot ko. Nagulat si Gavril at napasalubong agad ng kilay at tiningnan ng masama si Jimwel.“Don’t worry, I won’t cause you guys trouble. I just wanna hang with you, Roux.” But we will not use your car.” Lumabas doon ang driver nila Gavril.“Let’s go.”
Chapter 33. “The pen under the bed”Gavril assembled the whiteboard again, iniharap niya ito sa aming tatlo. Alexis, Amanda, and I are now sitting on the sofa, of course, Amanda is in the middle, Alexis is still careful to touch me, while Gavril is in front of us standing in front of the whiteboard holding a marker on his right hand. Amanda asked me earlier what are those words written on the whiteboard and I told her that those are the things in my vision about Francine’s death. Hindi pa rin namin binubura ang mga sinulat namin last time sa may whiteboard.Tiningnan ko si Alexis and he seems so excited to know what is Gavril is going to say about the statement that we got from the suspect, Aldwin Herrera. But Gavril said that he knows who is the real murderer.“Roux,” napatingin ako nang k
Chapter 34. “Scars of the past”The silence in my room is deafening. I can only hear the ticking of the clock while staring at my room’s ceiling. It is quarter in the midnight and I am lying in my bed trying to sleep but I can’t. Up until now, I am still thinking about what I saw earlier about Gavril. It happened again. I saw a vision of Gavril’s death. It is so confusing and I don’t know what is going on.Mariin kong pinikit ang aking mga mata habang ramdam ko ang kaba sa aking dibdib habang pabalik-balik sa aking isipan ang mga nakita ko kanina. Natatakot ako. Nalulungkot ako. Naiiyak ako at sobrang naguguluhan sa nangyayari. I though I will never see anything about his death. I thought he was the
Chapter 35. “Rage, Revenge and Reflection”We’ve arrived at Domingo’s house. And even if this house is inside an exclusive and executive village, the Domingo family wanted to secure the house, especially while the prosecutors and the polices’ investigations are still ongoing.About what I said earlier about Gavril’s death, they asked me if I can tell more details about what I saw in my vision and I agreed with them.“There are two guards in front of the house,” Amanda said.“What is the plan?” tanong ni Gavril kay Alexis.
Chapter 36. “You are beautiful”Few days had past after we got the pen in Francine’s room. The polices and prosecutors did their job to investigate the sister of Francine and they also have their hearing and on the hearing, Francine’s sister admitted the crime she have done. Alexis, Gavril and I was there and we heard the story between them. The one who texted Aldwin was her, the one who have killed her own sister was her, the one who did this hideos crime and framed someone up was her.I saw Aldwin cried and shout from the top of his lungs. He was really angry that time. Hindi ko makakalimutan ang sinabi niya noon sa amin ni Gavril.“I have proved my innocence but how could I live now freely when the love of my life is not here with me?” Umiiyak na sabi niya sa amin.“Think about what Francine will feel now, I know that she don’t you to be punished for the crime you did not do. I k
EpilogueGavril’s Point of ViewFifteen Years had passed. The ambiance inside the courtroom was filled with tension as everyone inside is waiting for prosecutors and the defendant’s side to speak. Everyone is cautious and careful. The judge locked his eyes on anyone who is speaking. This is not actually a tough case, because I can actually prove this old man’s innocence. This is a case of murder but the real culprit of this crime framed up someone, pointing and setting up someone’s innocence.I sat very straight and calmly as I can while I am hearing the lawyer of the defendant’s statement. He stating the scenario capturing the main suspect of the crime. He also asked the suspect about his statement of what happened that night. I looked at the old man seated in the jury box seat as he was asking about the case. His voice
Chapter 50. “To infinity and beyond”One..."Hey! Look there she is again!"Why do people are so judgemental?Two..."So, she really looks creepy, huh?"Why do people say hurtful things?Three..."I remember when we were in grade school? She kept on crying and we didn't know why?"If I could just ignore it, but I can't.Four..."Really? Do you know that she lives in a haunted house in our village?"If I could just find a cure or something to stop it.Five..."Hey! She's coming near...baka marinig ka niya."If I could just cover my ears just not to hear all of your heartless words.Six..."Oh my God!""Hey! You freak! How dare you!"If I could have a choice not to have this.Seven..."Oh! You slap her!" So, that I can live
Chapter 49. The doctor was applying CPR but in the end, the woman I bumped earlier died. "I'm sorry...I'm sorry..." I whispered as I wiping off my tears. Another death happened. "Are you okay?"A deep voice of a man asked me. Nalito ako at nagtaka dahil nasa restroom ako dito sa school pero bakit may lalaki sa loob ng restroom ng mga babae?"I'm fine...just leave me." sagot ko habang inaayos ang sarili ko. I heard him chuckled. "You know what, you really scared me. I thought you're a ghost. Muntik nang hindi lumabas i
Chapter 48. “Thank you, my first love”“Gavril stop. Stop all of this. Why do keep on insisting on what you are believing for? You run off my house when you knew that it’s my father’s portrait. Tell me, Roux!”“Hindi mo na kailangang malaman, Gavril. The memories of what happened yesterday keep on lingering in my mind. I don’t understand myself but I felt so guilty right now. Gavril
Chapter 47. What happened in the past is still clear in my mind. That tragic scene of my life, the day when my parents died in front of my own very eyes. And now that I found who is responsible for that tragedy. It was him, hindi ako maaaring magkamali. That day, I leave Gavril in confusion. Tumakbo lang ako palabas ng bahay nila without saying a word.
Chapter 46. “Mirror of our soul ”Eight years ago, I cannot see how beautiful the world was. I was blind and all I can see was darkness. Gusto kong makakita, gusto kong makita sila Mommy at Daddy. Gusto kong makita ang mundo, ang magagandang paligid. And when my 9th birthday coming, I told my Dad my birthday wish again, to be able to see. And that wish was commanded by my Dad.“Really, Dad? Makakakita na ako?” I was so excited that time when Dad said the news to me. He finally found eyes for me.“Yes, Princess…the operation we will do the operation tomorrow, so have to prepare and be strong.” My Dad said. I nodded so quickly in response to him.“Yes, Daddy…” sagot ko. I felt his hand slowly patted my head.&ldqu
Chapter 45. “Nightmare of the past ”It’s been a week since Gavril and I didn’t see and meet. And there are about five days before the said date of Gavril’s accident. Amanda and Alexis are busy with the last note. And since last week, we still didn’t find who is the person named Gabriel on the last note. These past few days, I feel like I went back to my old self, myself of being alone again. Alexis also forbids us to communicate with each other. Noong una ay nalungkot ako but later on I understand and realized Alexis’ order.

Chapter 43. “Mystery of the last note”Tahimik kong pinagmamasdan ang mga batang naglalaro rito sa playground. I don’t understand why do I need to stay away from Gavril just because he is a Santillan? I don’t get it and what is the connection of Gavril’s family to ours?
