EMILY'S POV

After getting some foodstuff from the grocery, I drove home to find the apartment empty. Liam wasn't in the mansion and the staff had already left for their various homes. I already forgot this is the time of the month they usually get a week's vacation.

The bodyguards are the only ones that will be on the premises for the next few days. My heart felt heavy when I got to the sitting room, seeing it all empty. The maid already cooked food and set the table.

My food is probably inside my bedroom because I already gave the maids the order to serve me in my bedroom.
