His Touch

I feel more anxious today than I did yesterday or the first time I met Eros. I'm hiding in his bathroom—I say hiding, but he knows where I am, so it's not exactly hiding.

Still, I have been in here for over twenty minutes and can't seem to force myself to open the door. I'm freaking the fuck out. Not over what is going to happen, I actually crave it, and him for some bizarre reasons.

I'm freaking out over the kiss last night, well, both of them. It went from business to pleasure, and now I'm not entirely comfortable taking money for this. I'll still do it, but I feel like I should give him back the money.

Yeah, this feels personal now—too personal—and I hate that it is starting with him paying me. The knock breaks me out of my thoughts.

"Are you still alive in there?" Eros asks, his voice full of humour. "There is a second door behind the long mirror if you want to run and hide." His words make me smile, as he's clearly laughing and mocking me.
