We’ve been hunting that scoundrel for three days now. He had hidden himself in every possible way, so I set generous rewards for anyone who knew his whereabouts. With more hunters after him for the money, it would be harder for him to hide.

"Any news?" I asked as soon as the beta entered the dark room, with some bloodstains scattered on his shirt, indicating he had been in a recent fight. But I didn’t care; he didn’t seem injured.

Within seconds, the guard entered, dragging some chained men towards the dungeon. They seemed to have taken a severe beating and narrowly escaped death, judging by the beta's hand, red and scraped, a sign he had delivered many punches to those two men, trying to extract some evidence.
