Eleanor's POV

"I'm so sorry, Eleanor..." Amber replied reluctantly.

"Isn't there a way to stop this?" I swallowed hard, desperate to find some alternative.

"We need to kill him!" Amber said seriously, without blinking or showing any hint of pity.

The idea was shocking, but a wave of adrenaline surged through my body. I carefully got out of bed. When my feet touched the cold floor, I felt a firm determination grow inside me. I walked over to the dresser, opened the second drawer, and pulled it out forcefully, revealing a heavy bag I had hidden there. I took it and handed it to Amber.

"What is this?" she asked, confused, looking at the bag that was almost tearing from the weight.

"My savings... use this money to hire a professional assassin. One of the best, capable of killing Tyler before the Alpha King finds him," I declared, my voice firm despite the turmoil in my heart.
