Jayden’s POV

“What happened Mom?” Little Jayden prompted.

His mother smiled, running her hands through his long, black hair.

Rufus was furious and so was her father.

“I would marry her in two days”, Rufus had said, openly ogling her body. His huge, fat frame towered over her father as he spoke. Rumours had it that the many scars on his face, his missing right arm, and his crooked nose were a result of the great battles he had fought and won. He, however, looked like a man who was once every woman's dream.

The wedding was moved to the next two days, and Kara was forbidden from leaving the house until the day she would journey to her husband's castle.

Kara was devastated. She wept, cried, and protested, but all her efforts proved futile.

The night before her wedding, she went to her father to cry. She and her twin brother, Castiel had always been his favorite of all his twelve children, and he adored her.

“Why would you do this to me, father?” She asked in tears.

“I'm sorry my child.

Jayden’s POVMy heart broke as Jovita wept on my chest. I curse myself over and over again for hurting her this much. When she is done crying, I try to wipe her face, but she pushes my hand.“What are you doing here?” She asks. Her voice sounds broken.“You don’t want me here? I’d understand that”, I reply in a low voice. She had every right to not want me, to tell me to leave, but I didn’t want to leave. It's been almost a month since Jayden returned, and I’ve been ignoring him. Before you judge me, he hurt me badly, and I’m not having it easy on him.“I don’t know”, I reply, leisurely, playing with a strand of my hair.My besties and the white brothers, except Seth, have been pleading with me to give Jayden another chance, but I’ve been adamant.Speaking of Seth, well, we’re going to see a movie tomorrow night. Is it to make Jayden jealous? Hell, yes!I don’t care if I’m being childish, but he left for almost a year and suddenly returned. What did he expect? An extravagant welcome? A lavish party or a bear hug?“Stop being stupid, Jovita. I know you’re angry at him, but don’t you think this too extreme? You’ve been ignoring him, and now you’re going out with Seth. Don’t you think you’re being extreme”.“Just leave me to my anger, Maddie”,

We're standing in his throne room which is weirdly empty except for us.My father is wearing a long, purple robe and his long silver hair is Left to fall across his shoulders. He looks handsome, and there is a soft smile playing on his face, though I notice that the smile does not reach his eyes.“Jovita, my child, I've missed you dearly, how have you been?” My dad asked, covering the distance between us and pulling me into a bear hug. I notice there is a scroll in his hands.“Is something wrong father?” I ask when we pull away.“Everything is fine, but Jayden needs help. I had a vision about him, and it wasn't good”.“I don't understand, he is perfectly fine”, my voice is already getting panicked.“He is fine for now, but he won't be for long”.“What's going on, father?”“I don't have much time to explain. Jayden’s POVI slow down to a halt, breathing a little. I have been running for an hour now. I'm not sure where I am, but I'm sure it's somewhere on the outskirts of Foxtown. I had been super fast today, covering an impressive distance in just an hour.I'm feeling elated this morning. Jovita has finally agreed to give me a chance and she spent the night in my bed. What else could I ask for?She had barely spoken to me since my return, and I had started getting scared that she would never forgive me. What was that about going on a date with Seth? I definitely won't allow it. Not like I could stop Jovita when her mind was made up, anyway. At least I had a chance back with her, that was all that mattered. I would make her know, that she's only mine!I check my Rolex wristwatch, the time is just 8:00 am. I'm to meet up with the boys soon. I only went for a run, and then met up with the brothers afterwards”, Jayden said with a smirk.“Is this funny to you?”“Are you angry, mate?” He asked with a smile on his handsome face. His deep dimples made him more handsome, and I couldn't stop staring.I reminded myself that I had to stay angry.“I have been worried sick about you!” I yell. Or rather, I want to yell, because Jayden has covered the distance between us, and his hands are on my waist, pulling me towards him. “We're you that worried about me mate? A while ago you were ignoring me”. His words made me cringe as his hands were trailing cycles on my bare arms.“I was that worried”.“Then show me”, he whispers in my ear.I'm about to protest, but I stop halfway as Jayden's lips capture mine. His kiss was passionate and hot, and I could feel every resistance I had melting.I'm still in his bedroom, so

  • Descendant of the moon goddess.   A strange connection

Jayden’s POVI opened my eyes to see Jovita raise herself on one elbow and lean over me to kiss the side of my face and trail kisses along my jawline. Then she kissed my mouth. Her free hand pressed against my shoulder until I turned to lie on my back.By fuck, I thought, my interest piqued, she was going to make love to me.By the time we had reached the bed earlier, I had been so bursting with desire for her she for me, I had judged that I had proceeded without delay to the main feast. She, it seemed, was more disciplined. She was also as skilled as any courtesan-though no, perhaps that was not quite so. Maybe it was just that I was very ready to be aroused by her. However it was, she had overcome the modesty that had caused her to hesitate to remove my boxers earlier. Jovita's hands roamed all over me, stroking, caressing, pausing, rubbing, teasing in all the right places, and her mouth and her tongue and her teeth followed suit.I lay still for a while, my hands flat on the mat

We rarely get one here in Foxtown, and when the invitation came, I was so excited. One of the elders of the royal families of the Ancient Ones, Maddie's pack, was throwing a ball in honour of his daughter who had found her alpha and was tying the knot soon. According to the rumours, it was Mr Musk's favourite daughter, Becky, who was getting married.“You aren't going with Seth, are you?” Maddie asks, giving me a warning gaze.As you've probably figured out, my grumpy best friends are here with me, and by here, I mean in my small old room. They're scolding me for deciding to go to the ball with Seth. What about Ja

I'm dressing up to go and join Jayden and the others on the battlefield. Things are getting tougher for them. This whole fight, as much as I hate to admit it, it's all because of me. It's time to fight. We're all in our wolf form, waiting for the battle line to be drawn. My uncle is visibly the largest wolf among us, though I'm slightly close to his size since I have two wolves. My Dad who insisted on fighting with us is standing a few feet from us. He is a warrior white wolf so he is almost up to my size. My pack’s council starts to walk towards us. They stop just a stone's throw from us. They're three extremely old great whites that have lived for probably a hundred years. They're revered and feared by all.“I see you went to join your son, Edward”, Castiel, one of the trio says. He is a handsome, well-built man, looking very much like he just reached his fifties. He is the leader of the trio.“He is my blood, and I believe he has a right to choose his love”, my father replies.“The pack comes before love”, Marcus says. He looks a bit older than Castiel.“I've always th

He took her body that day, seven years ago, and he never let us see her again.“Why are you suddenly letting me visit her?” I ask, trying to control the emotions raging inside me.“Because she has been asking of you. We haven't been this close since forever, and it feels good to hold him again.“It's fine, Jayden. You have to stop blaming yourself for your mother's death. I can't help but admire how his shirt smells like the rich cologne and the lovely smell I can only describe as Jayden. When I reach the pool, Jayden is already in the water. I can see water falling from his black hair. He smiles and pushes his hair back with one hand, his eyes twinkling with surprise.“Are you going to swim in that?” He asks, his eyes darkening as they take in my body. Impulsively, I tug at the bottom of his black T-shirt, trying to push it as far as it would go.“Yes”, I reply to his question feeling stupid. What was I so shy about?
