“So how do we go about it, Jane? This brilliant plan of yours?” Sheba asked as I was packing my things. She just stood there, confused and worried, as she watched me throw my clothes into a suitcase. She couldn’t understand how I had made up my mind to move out of my husband’s house in just a matter of minutes.

The truth was that I wanted to give my husband a reason for a divorce and I was going to use this as one of the many pieces of evidence that I needed to make sure I messed him up in the law court. He was a monster and I hated him with every fiber of my being.

“Answer me and think this through. What about the other plans you hatched for him? How will they work without you in his life?” Sheba asked, trying to reason with me. She knew some of the things I had been doing behind his back to expose him and ruin his reputation.
