Chapter 84: Respiratory Arrest

Emily’s gasped in horror as she saw Joshua lying on the ground.

Joshua was on the floor groaning from the pain of the collusion.

“Joshua- JOSHUA!” screamed Emily. She ran down the flight of stairs and pushed past her uncles.

“Oh my god!” exclaimed Jordan.

“Call an ambulance,” said John. He ran over to check on Joshua.

James pulled out his cellphone and started to call 9-1-1.

Jason started recording the incident.

They all ran towards Joshua.

The car hit the electrical pole and the engine came to stall. The vehicle couldn’t operate anymore. The man coming out of the dead car was laughing and wobbling like a drunken madman. He was injured. His head was bleeding from the hard impact. It was a familiar person. A person whom Emily had seen before but never really knew. It was Gary. Megan’s ex-husband.

Gary got out of his car and walked over to Joshua. On the cold pavement lie his nemesis. The man whom he hated the most. “Damn it he didn’t die,” he thought.

“You stupid stupid son
