Lucians POV

I was over flooded with anger as thoughts of Iago betraying me flashed through my mind. I was very mad. Iago was betraying me?

If there was someone who would know about this, it would be Caleb. I ran to the dungeon where he was chained, with rage brewing inside me. If it meant beating him to death, I was going to do it to get the truth from him. I wanted to know who else was working alongside him and betraying me.

I ran into the dungeon and paused as I saw the guards outside, laying on the grass, groaning. They saw me coming and they immediately tried standing up.

One of them stumbled towards me, groaning with every step that he took.

"I.... I'm sorry, Alpha Lucian," he muttered as he held my foot. What was he sorry about? I looked inside the dungeon and saw that the gate of the cell that they had put Thorne in was wide open. Suddenly, it all came to me.

I rushed to the gates and looked inside. There was blood everyone and the chain that we had used to chain Caleb up
