Chapter Ninety nine

Cole's POV.

I kept staring at Madison till she walked to her apartment. It was safe to say that I have fallen for this curvy woman. I smiled sheeply and smiled before I signaled the taxi driver to drive off. I dropped by the gym where I worked as an instructor. Three weeks ago, I had a big fight with my mom. Since we fled Cabin city five months ago, she has been going from one club to the other, gambling, drinking and buying things we don't need.

All I had to do was stay at home and make sure the house was in order. After our fight, I left Los Angeles and returned to Cabin city to start all over with Madison. I had come across my sister a few times before her kidnap and I couldn't bring myself to face her. I will quickly look away or walk away anytime I see her. Her husband's men were another restriction.

Everybody in Cabin city knew how powerful her husband was and messing with him meant death or imprisonment for life. All I wanted was to get an audience with Madison
