Chapter Hundred and sixteen

Raymond stared at me with questions in his eyes. “Thank you so much sir" Andrew and his colleague sang gratitude with sweat and air bubbles from their nose. “I will have your sack letters sent to your mail before dawn. You are to clear up your offices before 7am tomorrow morning!" I ordered. They kept pleading for me to reconsider but my mind was already made up. I signaled Albert to lose their hands and their legs before blindfolding them and leading them out of the warehouse.

He drove them to a familiar bus station before zooming off. He came back to the warehouse and we drove back to the mansion together. I was exhausted and tired. I walked upstairs at 10:11pm. I checked Chole's room and she was fast asleep. I opened the door to my room and found it almost empty. It felt strange at first glance. I checked the closet and noticed some of Irene's belongings were missing.

I was shocked and almost called the security team to report a robbery when Irene and two maids walked in
