Chapter 3(Human realm)
Hazel's Point Of View: I raced through the forest, my chest heaving up and down as I looked behind me, trying to outrun the wolves chasing after me. Sweat trickled down my forehead, though my palm and feet were cold. I suddenly felt my energy constantly exhausting but I couldn't stop. I had to keep putting a leg in front of the other as every moment swept by. This was my life now since Damian threw me out of the pack. I had been living outside the boundaries of every pack and everyone who crossed paths with me always tried to kill me as I looked more or less like a rogue. They suddenly stopped chasing me. I was confused for a while but I didn't stop, I took advantage of the moment. I then heard them howling loudly, making my eyes widen. âOh shit!" I exclaimed, still sprinting. I groaned in pain as I hit my head against a hard surface that abruptly seemed to appear out of nowhere. I fell to the floor, feeling dizzy as something warm trickled down my nostrils. I looked up to see a huge white wolf before me. Though I was in pain, I couldn't help but think he was sculpted by a perfectionist. He was stunning. His white fur shiny, his paws clean, his green eyes magnificent- they looked like the heart of the forest. He stepped closer to me, exposing his gritted teeth. I turned, searching for a place I could escape from but I was surrounded. âShe's a rogue!" One of them accused me from behind. "Send her to the human realm.â The white wolf commanded, his cold voice dominant. He turned to leave immediately while his men grabbed me. âLet me go!!" I fought, kicking my legs. 'BANG!â I heard, feeling something hard hit my head from behind. âŠâŠâŠâŠâŠâŠâŠ Sun rays hit my eyes, forcing me to roll over and groan in frustration. I tried going back to sleep again but I couldn't. I was forced to open my eyes. My eyes flew open as realization struck me like a moving train that I didn't even know where I was. I quickly sat, looking around the room until my eyes landed on a guy standing by the door, staring at me with a smirk on his lips. He walked towards me, running his hand through his black curled up hair, making each strand slick back to reveal his ice blue eyes. I grabbed the bottle of water I found on the nightstand and pointed it at him. âDon't you fucking come near me!!" I yelled, commanding him as my chest heaved up and down as I eyed him. He shook his head in what seemed like disappointment. He walked nearer and sat at the edge of the bed, taking the bottle away from my hand as his warm hands slightly rubbed against my skin, sending shivers down my spine. âWho are you?â I questioned, stealing glances at his tattooed arm. âI'm Alex. And you're welcome, I saved your life." He replied, his voice deep and harmonious. âIn what way?" I asked. âMy car hit you." He spoke so lightly as if an accident was something so light. âHowever, you only have a bruise on your knee, your skull isn't cracked.â He added. I sighed, remembering everything that had happened to me recently. My life was already a mess and now more mess? However, thanks to this guy, I slept tight. At least I didn't have another sleepless night. He left the room and came back with some clothes, dumping them on the bed. âTake your bath, get dressed and leave. I already had the worst five days of my life.â He spoke, boring into me with his eyes. I bit my lower lip, realizing I had nowhere to go. I was in the human world and I knew absolutely no one except for this hot looking dude who seemed to be cold-hearted and notorious. âI'm not leaving" I spat. I was shocked by my own words, not knowing where that courage came from. I was so broken that I didn't know I had this kind of courage sooner, Damian already planted such intense fear in me. âYou are," He commanded, I rolled my eyes, sighing, "You can't just cause me pain after literally running over me, and expect me to just leave without asking for anything in return.â I retorted. "What do you want? Money?! Just name the price!â He snickered, running his hands through his hair again, slicking them back. âI want to stay here. I'm not leaving untilâŠâŠ. further noticeâ I blurted out. He scoffed, "Fine. Just don't get Tangled in my business. Or I'll throw you out.â He threatened before leaving. "Oh, what a weirdo.â I shook my head, putting my hair into a messy bun with a scrunchie I had around my wrist.Chapter 4(the wedding)Alex's Point Of View:â....our bride!" The priest announced and the hall became tranquil, only the solemn sounds of the piano was heard.Everyone anticipated my beautiful bride. It was crazy how I fell in LOVE in a few weeks, rather it was infatuation ignited by my desperation.I was desperate to get married to become the assistant of the mafia Lord in our mafia system. I was a werewolf but I stayed a lot in the human world and I had gathered enough connection and power to become a mafia, but that wasn't enough. I wanted more power, more connection.Several seconds swept by and Sophia still wasn't walking in.âLet's welcomeâŠâŠour bride!â The priest announced again, stretching his hands towards the aisle as the smile on his face began to look forced.Murmurs began to fill the hall as the guests whispered. The piano suddenly stopped playing in the background, increasing the tension.I shoved my hands in my pocket to clench my fist. It better not be what it looked l
Chapter 5(stay away from Alex) Hazel's Point Of View: I walked down the road, heading to the grocery store to get something for lunch. Alexander and I didn't really get along together but that made our connection a bit special. We cared for each other but pretended as if we didn't. It was amazing finally having someone by my side, someone who actually cared. Each time I visualized his face in my head, a blush always crept on my face. I mean, he was stunning and his smile couldn't be resisted. Even though I've only seen his smile a couple of times, I couldn't resist it. Was it his perfect teeth? Or his dimples? Or what? What could I resist? His eyes? I thought the butterflies in my belly were dead due to my experience with Damian but they were only asleep. It seemed as if Alex had awoken them. Here I was, crushing on a guy who was only searching for ways to get revenge on his ex fiance and his brother. Even though we hadn't known ourselves for so long, he told me about his life.
chapter 6(the date with Alexander Bluemoon)Hazel's Point Of View:My neck snapped to the right as my cheek stung. I sighed, walking past her without saying another word. I knew she was just a pain in the ass but I wouldn't stoop so low to her level and cause a scene at the grocery store.I arrived home and went straight to the kitchen to cook up something while Alex was on call with someone.I was almost done cooking and I took a spoon of the sauce and went to feed it to him while he was doing a few things on his laptop. âCareful, it's hot." I warned, smiling.âWhat do I look like? A baby?" He laughed before opening his mouth and taking the spoon in. He nodded. âNice sauce. But I was actually planning on us eating out tonight." He spoke, fixing his gaze on the laptop."Is this you asking me on a date?âI asked, smiling. He laughed, âOnly a man who believes in love can do that. Love sucks, I mean love does not exist.â He replied."What a weird conversation. Anyway, I'll go on the date
Chapter 7(stay away from her)Hazel's Point Of View:âDo you believe in fate?â He asked in a whisper.'He is a monster, flee from him!â that bitch's words rang in my head again. What If her words were true? What if Alexander was only trying to get into my head and then he's only pretending hard to get so he can get more Tangled in my emotions. All I could do was assume possibilities but not discover the truth.âAre you okay?" He asked, raising a brow. I forced a nod, pressing my lips in a thin line as my grip tightened on the wine glass.I took a sip of the wine, swallowing it to suppress my awkwardness.âSoâŠâI paused, placing the glass back down, watching him anticipate my next words. âTell meâŠ. about yourself. I mean, I don't really know you.â I said."Oh, yeah. I'm Alex. Alexander Bluemoonâ he spoke. I laughed, "I already know that. I justâŠ. your interests, pet peeves, past history. But mostly interests, I already seem to know your past history.â I replied. He nodded, âsure. I love
Chapter 8(fight club)Hazel's Point Of View:Alex immediately snatched the phone from me and went to sit. I crossed my arms, glaring at him.âI knew you were hiding something! Who is it?" I asked, rolling my eyes.He sighed, "Fine, you caught me. I do not know who it is.". I rubbed my temple, thinking who it might be. It can never be Damian, he already had what he wanted- a heir.âWho could be crushing on me?âI smirked, laughing. He chuckled, "You're one weird asshole.". I rolled my eyes, âwe're in a tough situation here. Our lives are somehow at stake.â I spoke. He shook his head, âWho could mess with one of the most notorious mafia alive?âhe asked.I shook my head, "That's the point, someone oblivious can do that. Who can be close enough to us and still be oblivious?â.âThe person isn't close to us. If they are then they would know we aren't dating. Am I right?â He suggested. I nodded.'YouâŠ.must be familiar with Alexander Bluemoon right?â the words replayed in my head, making my ey
Chapter 9(Alex is mine) Hazel's Point of View: âWhat do you want, Billy?" I asked. Billy was Damian's personal minion who carried out assignments for him and I assumed he sent him on this assignment. âWhat. Do. You. Want?!" I yelled. âYour boss doesn't want me anymore! Then what do you want?âI asked again. Alex's phone beeped aloud, he looked at the screen before giving me a look that I couldn't decipher. âWe do not want you.â Billy replied. "Then? What is it on earth that you want with me?" I asked. âWe do not want you. We want you dead. I personally do.â He sneered. âYou must be crazy in the balls. Is that why you flattened our Tyre?â I asked, frowning. "Yes.âhe whispered. âAnd oh, you moved from our beta to thisâŠâŠcurse?â He snapped. My fist clenched, "You are a curse to earth. Your existence is a curse that shall be reversed if you do not fucking mind your fucking business and go rot serving Damian for the rest of your life in that stupid ass pack!â, He laugh
Chapter 10(Ace's Accessories is closed down)Alex's Point Of View:I woke up and found myself in my room. I scanned through the room and found Hazel sitting on the bin bag with one of my mafia books on her face. She looked like she was in a deep slumber. I tried getting up silently but I failed. She woke up to the sound of my sigh. Her eyes lit up in joy. âHey!" She exclaimed, grinning ear to ear."What happened last night?" I asked. She chuckled, "You mean last two nights. Well, it was all good. I'll tell you in detail when you come downstairs for breakfast.â She smiled.âYou made breakfast?" I asked, my jaw dropping."Well, for myself.â She replied before leaving the room.I got dressed after taking a bath and headed downstairs to the dining area where she sat, munching on some noodles.âYou made noodles?" I asked, raising a brow.âNo. Ramen. Japanese ramen to be precise." She said, pushing my plate of Ramen to my side o
Chapter 11(the miscarriage)Zara's Point Of View:I sighed, walking into the palace. All the guards bowed their heads. Yes, this was how I wished to live. Like a princess, the only princess.I got into the palace and went to the room where my mate was. Finally, some peace. A few days of peace and abrupt happiness. I knew I would have the happy ending I deserved, this was it.That nothing but an Omega was gone. I was pregnant, our wedding was approaching and yes, I was treated like a princess.I curled into Damian's arm. âOh, Damian. I love you." I whispered.âI love you too, mate.âhe replied, making my heart skip two beats. âWhere were you? I looked all around for you.â He asked."I went for a walk. Our daughter needs some exercise to train herself as the future Luna after we both take over that throne.â,He smirked, "Of course. Our SON does." He replied. I laughed, getting up, âI crave some fruits. I should go get some." I said.âI thought cravings start to hit when the pregnancy is
