93. Magic!

Author's POV

Valerina woke up and found her in the embrace of her mother. Marina was beside her all night.

She placed her head on her belly and hugged Marina. Valerina considers herself very lucky to have a mother like Marina.

Now when she thinks, she realizes that Marina has never raised a hand on her even when she was a kid. She has never restricted her to do anything except those things which might hurt her badly. She has supported her in every decision.

Her mother is too loving as compared to some of her fellow students. She didn't ignore the fact that some of the students have abusive mothers and some of them are struggling to live the life they want. Some of them are just trophies to their parents.

Marina on the other hand does all in her power to give the life she deserves. She didn't give up when her ex husband came to take her away.

"I love you, Mum"

Val mumbled and Marina opened her eyes with a smile.

"I love you, kiddo..."

Marina kissed her head.

"Did you sleep well?
