CHAPTER 7: CAPTURED BY GODS

Author: Gia Storm

“Gia, wake up… “Gifted you with three,” I hear these words on repeat, as my aching mind starts to wake me up. Dream-like visions danced through my sleep. Visions of wolves, demons, angels, and vampires. Where am I? Hold on, I am laying on something, wait, rather someone. What is going on?

Last, I remember, James ditched me for that hot woman, I ran to the restroom, patted water on my forehead and neck, and was going to look for an exit. Then, oh my God! That is right, I ran straight into a man, more like a god. Did I hit my head? He was so beautiful! Did he pick me up off the floor or something? Am I laying on him? As I questioned all this my anxiety rose. I must face the music and open my eyes. Open your eyes, I yelled at myself!

Be brave I told myself as I forced my eyes open. As soon as my eyes adjusted, I look and see my head is on a man’s shoulder. His scent smells like the freshest air that I have ever smelled with a mixture of what smells like Ylang-Ylang essential oils and sandalwood. As my mouth is watering, and my arousal starts to heat up, I look at his sexy and masculine neck and jawline.

It is the same man I ran into! A slight panic starts to hit me from embarrassment. Don’t stop now G you have got this girl! I move my eyes further up and connect with his dark and soulful eyes. He is a god. His hair is wavy, dark with amber highlights, longer on the top, and styled as messy. Those obsidian eyes are so demanding and seductive. He has a well-trimmed goatee and lips that look deliciously suck-able. That isn't even a word, but it is literally the best way to describe those lips.

He stares down at me with a gentle smile and a gaze of curiosity. As I start to move, to get off him, I feel a bulge gently glide against my ass. The realization causes my cheeks to blush, and my eyes lower. As I start to lift, my panties dampen with arousal. His strong arms pull me closer to him, preventing me from moving any further, he inhales a deep breath, and says, “where are you going my love, in a deep and completely sexual voice. “My love,” wow that is a bit huge for a first met, I think to myself while I am sucked further into his mesmerizing eyes.

“Who are you?” “What happened?” I softly ask him as I connect my eyes back to his and begin to get lost in his eyes again. Just as he tries to speak, I hear men yelling outside of the room we are in. I recognize one of the voices as being James’. Shit, I forgot about James. He is probably freaking out right now, and even worse as he is most likely drunk. Seriously though, he fucking left me, without a single word, or glance. He took off with that woman, as if I didn’t exist. Thinking fast, I look at my current man seat, and tell him that I don’t want to be found by James. He smiles, wraps one of his strong and ripped arms around my waist, and says, “as you wish love.”

Outside the room, the yelling has stopped. The door opens, and in walks a tall and muscular man, with tattoos running up and down his well sculpted arms and neck. He has spiky blonde hair and piercing eyes. His ice blue eyes connect with mine, and his lips turn up into a smirk. Behind him is a much taller man, with dark, shoulder-length curly hair, a body of a god, and amber eyes that lock on mine, making me feel like a rabbit amongst wolves.

He closes the door behind him, and both men slowly stalk towards me, like predators who have happily trapped their prey. I can no longer contain the extreme amounts of curiosity, lust, panic, and confusion pounding through my mind. I stand up, and the man under me lets me go.

Slowly walking backwards towards the exit door opposite of the room entrance, three sets of sexy as fuck eyes scan me, making me feel the emotions with higher intensity. In a blink of an eye, the man I was sitting on disappears, and the other two are standing a mere foot away from me now. Suddenly, I feel the third man behind me, he leans in and whispers near my left ear, “where are you going love.”

Standing frozen in place, feeling his warm breath on my neck, and the intoxicating energies emanating from them, my lips part and with a shaky voice, I ask them “who are you guys, and what do you want from me.” The taller man in front of me with the gorgeous amber eyes, dark curly hair, and a tattoo of a half-moon on his neck, smiles and says, “I am Max, this is Damen, and the stealthy stud behind you is Sam, and you are our mate.”

Did he say “mate?” I must have seriously hit my head or something and this cannot be happening. I have read so many paranormal and supernatural romance novels, and it is only in stories that I have heard someone say “mate” in the way he just did. “What do you mean by mate,” I say while looking at him like he grew a third arm or something.

Smiling and showing off his perfect teeth, Max looked at Sam, then to Damen, and back to me, and said, “you will understand soon enough, but for now, it is similar to your kind’s definition of soulmates.” Damen prowls closer to my right side and tells me, “We are destined, no fated by the Gods to be together. We are yours and you are ours.” Max closes the gap between us, he reaches his right arm out, gently grabs my lower back, pulls me close to him, and I stare into his eyes feeling sparks all over my body.

I swear, I stopped breathing as he looked at me like I was the most desirable woman on the planet. His amber eyes flickered from black to amber a few times. It was as if the room disappeared and the four of us were floating throughout space and time. Damen reached his left arm out, wrapped it around my right hip, and more sparks shot through me. I felt more alive, and full of electricity than I ever have in my life.

I felt a hand come up from behind me and gently wrap around my neck, Sam’s hand. I felt his body press against my backside, his bulge pressing up against my ass. The electricity and heat were so intense that I thought I might pass out again or explode from erotic overload. Sam whispers in my ear, his warm and minty breath tickling my ear, “you are completely irresistible, and I want you right now.”

Trying to snap out of this salacious trance, I stumbled further back into Sam’s body, as Max brought his other hand to cup my left cheek. Gulping I managed to slowly stutter out, “I should get home.” Max’s eyes still locked on my eyes, he sighs with a sad look, and says “We will take you home.” I don’t know what to do. I don’t know these men and all three of them are so built that there is no way I could defend myself if I had to, but at the same time I feel instinctively safe with them.

As if reading my mind, Sam drops his hands from me, he moves from behind me to my left side. He looks sad as he states “we would never hurt you. You are our entire existence, our everything. We will protect you with our lives as you are our mate.” Is this for real, I question myself in my mind. Again, having read enough romance and supernatural books to know that the concept of a mate is common in those, but this is real life.

Is it possible that these men are not human? Is it possible that we really are mates? I don’t take risks that could involve harm to myself or my son. I am a mom, and my main job is to keep my son safe and myself safe for him. Why do I feel these sparks and electricity with them? It has been fifteen years since I felt any type of electricity with a man, but it was not even close to the level I am feeling with these seemingly supernatural hotties. Regardless, I must get home! I will text my sister to track my phone location as a precaution. “Okay, please take me home,” I muster the courage to say to them.

Max’s eyes intensify as he draws my closer into his. “We will take you home, but first we would like to dance with you. It is a club after all,” he says with a playful smile on his face. He has a good point, and I do have a couple more hours before my sister expects me home. Plus, why should I let James ruin my night, when here I am with three of the sexiest men I have ever seen before, and all three want me right now.

Ugh, I am sounding like such an irrational harlot, but really, it’s just a few dances, right. Before I can respond with a yes, I feel Sam’s hands on my hips as he starts to sway my hips with a rhythm that is making my sexual heat intensify. Damen looks to the bartender in the VIP room and nods to him. The bartender switches on a button, and music fills the room. The acoustics of the room filter out the music from the rest of the club, while gently dispersing the rhythmic and calming sounds of the acoustic alternative song.

Feeling my weight lighten, Sam’s hands on my hips, Max’s right arm around my waist, and Damon closing in to join, my body reacts smoothly with this strange new dance of four. As each of them move my body to their visual and tactile pleasure and me feeling like their personal dancer on strings, my mind starts to drift to thoughts of the massive black wolf, the vampire sucking my neck, and the man with the large black angel wings swooping us four to the heavens.

Could it be, that the creatures from my dream real? Might these men be those creatures? The thoughts continue to swirl in my mind, as I question if I am truly conscious, or if my imagination is just running wild with me again; damn grandiose daydreaming. Whatever is going on, I have been captured by these god-like men, and I pray this is not the last time with them. I pray that I am not here to bridge them. Please be mine for once, I beg the gods of the universe through my mind.

As the first song came to an end, Max and Damen smiled as they stepped back away from Sam and I to sit on the sofa across from us. “We each want a dance with you separately our Gia, my doe,” Max melodically insisted. The three of them seem to speak without saying anything out load, as if they communicate telepathically. It was strange but also very intriguing. Feeling Sam’s body move from my backside, the sparks and tingles moved as his arms spun me around to face him. My heart raced as our eyes locked. Dark red speckles blended into his obsidian eyes. He stood at least a foot taller than me with his every defined muscle in full revelation through his tight black shirt. Suddenly, he lifted me and placed my feet upon his. While continuing his gaze into my soul, he rested my hands upon his shoulders, and his hands at my hips. His movements ever swift and graceful, that my eyes could not keep track of them. I remember reading once that the human eye can only see up to thirty to sixty

With her being human though, we wanted to wait and give her time, but she is so intoxicating.I haven’t had issues with self-control since my early days of being a youngling vampire. “We need to take her home,” I said softly to Max and Damen. “I don’t want to let her go,” Max said with a low growl. “I don’t either, but...” I started to say when Damen interrupted. “We won’t be gone from her for long,” said Damen. The three of us looked down with a pouting sadness on our faces. When I landed, I felt the softest grass tickle my toes and smelt the most fragrant of flowers that I have ever smelled. The air around me was light and warm. Three suns and three moons radiated around whatever planet I was on.As I adjusted my vision to better see, a beautiful and tall woman, wearing a Greek-style white dress, approached me. • Crossing The Bridge   Chapter 14: Down the Rabbit Hole

[Gia’s POV]Damen started his story by telling me that the world around us is not the whole picture. He told this fantastic tale about how werewolves (AKA shifters), vampires, demons, angels, fae, witches, warlocks, and just about anything else that one could imagine are all real. They live among us, work at many of our businesses and governments, and for hundreds of years they have kept themselves cloaked with help from witches, warlocks and other spellcasters.Supernatural beings have even been a part of creating many religions, as the grand creation stories have helped humans to cope and to forget the existence of the other beings. There are those that prey upon humans, depending upon laws, locations, and the types of beings they are. There have been many times throughout history where supernatural beings ruled over humans. Also, times where they have wreaked havoc upon humans as well, an example would be the Dark Ages. Although there has been a waxing and waning of power struggles

My soul has not even progressed to the next stage of the divine being. I know I was on the “soul” path to leveling up, but I failed in this life,” I said in a melancholy tone. “We brought your body here with you. We need that vessel specifically, as we coded it for your transformation. You did not fail! You are still on your soul path, but with an extra boost in leveling up,” Hecate declared. The word transformation pressed forward in my mind. “Yes, you will go through a transformation, one that will change you from mortal to immortal,” Visha replied to the thought in my head. Of course, she can read my mind, I said with an internal giggle. “Wait, immortal! But I will outlive Max and my son,” I questioned in panic. “The blessings

  • Crossing The Bridge   Chapter 70: Air of Revelation

[Gia’s POV]Time slowed as the towering goddess walked from behind the triple moon goddesses' thrones to me. My soul buzzed with electricity the closer she got. Like an Amazon woman in some cheesy 70's movie, her height was unbelievable, standing at least ten feet tall. Her skin shimmered as if every cell was made of diamonds. In contrast, her dress is the boldest color of sapphire. The dress was knee-length with triangular-fringed ends. A shawl covered one of her shoulders, and both garments were bound at her waist by a diamond-studded belt. My eyes followed the trail of her exquisite beauty to her dark black hair that disappeared behind her shoulders. Upon her head, she wore a triple-banded gold crown with fourteen dangling Lemurian stones placed approximately two inches apart. When my eyes locked on her sapphire-colored eyes, I felt mine roll back into my head. A warm and gentle breeze flew through me, and I could feel her large hand take hold of me. A feeling of warm sand unde

The sound pulsed through my mind, it felt like sharp vibrations were shooting through my entire body, causing my muscles to tense and my bones to ache. With a sudden burst of force, my soul slid back into a physical body. The feeling was jarring, like being thrown into the world without warning. [Gia's POV]The darkness seemed to stretch on forever as I flew back, the walls of the tunnel closing in on me until I hit something solid. The darkness was so thick that it seemed to swallow every trace of light, the only source coming from a faint glimmer bouncing off the walls. I could see a liquid pooling around my hands, a viscous black substance that seemed to pulsate and writhe in the dim light.
