“What do you mean she was checked out yesterday?” I asked wide eyed. The nurses and patients around stopped to look at us in confusion, however, I paid no attention to them as I fought myself to remain calm in the state that I was in and learning now that my beauty wasn’t at the hospital and was checked out without me being informed worried me more than I could dare describe.

I had gone to the hospital to check on Eliana to find that not only was she not there, but was already checked out of there. My hands shook as I feared the worst and the nurse frowned in confusion.
