“Dad?” I asked wide eyed. Dad, Dimitri, and Eliana walked into the office together.

Dad wrapped his arm around Eliana and smiled at me “I hear that you plan on cutting off the snake’s head”

“Indeed, though I wonder how you found out” I teased making Eliana laugh.

“Let’s just say that a little bird told me” dad said kissing the crown of Eliana’s head. She smiled before he pushed her toward me. I wrapped my arms around my beauty’s waist, my heart skipping a beat at how grateful I felt for her being here beside me.

“I don’t know what you did, but I will forever be grateful for it” I whispered to Eliana who smiled and kissed my jawline.

“I’m always here to help, love” I kissed my wife’s forehead before looking at Viktor and nodding at him to proceed where we left off after he’s given dad the basic details of the plan.
