Cassandra's POV

As we go back home, I am there nestled in the back seat, looking out the window because my cheeks are red and embarrassment is eating away at me. I cannot believe I held hands with him.

I even locked fingers with him, Oh for goddess he must have found out that I felt lonely and so deprived of love. Another reason I am looking outside is because for weird reasons I just realized I can lock eyes with Alder through the rear view mirror , well yes it was because he caught me staring at him.

It has been just a few hours out of the dungeon and he was already making me feel like this, this mate bond throbbing,. blushing like a school girl kind of way.
