Few years back, I would not have believed it even if I was told by a powerful seer.

A tap on my shoulder jerked me back to life.

I stood up abruptly from my chair and turned around to see Zayn's nanny Miriam standing before me with a scared look on her face.

“Miss Kacie. I've been trying to get your attention for a while, but you looked so lost.” Are you alright?” A worried looking Miriam stared back at me.

“O-Of course, yes. Why ?”

“It's nothing. I was just a little bit worried about you. And also master Zayn demands to see you in his room.”

“Okay. Thanks, you may go.”

“Yes miss Kacie. I will be waiting at the door.” she bowed and left.

I chuckled silently. Nanny Miriam could be so dramatic when she wants to. I've tried countless times to make her stop addressing me formally but she bluntly refused to stop.
