Mr. Sterling called his secretary to follow him to his office as he entered the company. “Get the documents ready; I’m calling the lawyer right away,” he said, taking his phone and leaving the office.

Mr. Sterling was eager to expose Mr. Harrington again in a legal way. He believed he was going to win the case because everyone knew about Mr. Harrington’s bad acts. “We are coming there right now,” he told his lawyer as he headed back to his office.
