Chapter 63: His Speculation

Margarette's POV

Before I can continue my words, Kayden is already speaking and which prevents me from talking.

“Let's have a rest for now,” he said and a deep sigh escaped from my mouth because of what he said.

“You're right, Kayden. Let's have a rest and just don't mind the other things. We have to focus on other matters, instead.” Asher said and so, everyone nods their head agreeing to him. Kayden hold my hand, so I look at my friends and smiled at them which also my friends do to me. He started pulling my hand back to our room and I noticed Kayden's silence. Kayden didn't talk to me until we arrived at our room, so I was the one who initiate to start the conversation.

“Is everything alright, Kayden?” I asked and he let out a sigh. Kayden sits on the couch, so I do the same.
