Her head moves up and down but her eyes still show the same fear.

She follows me back to the pack grounds. Her hand glued to Lola’s. Every so often, she would grab her stomach, pressing her lips into a tight line but she never complained. She had every right to, whether it was the pain she was in or whether it was what she had just witnessed.

“How did you know where to look?” Lola asks as she hurries herself and Elsa forward.

“It wasn’t exactly easy.” I pull the bottle of purple liquid from my pocket and hand it to Elsa. “Here, you need this. Your scent is starting to come back.

She pops off the lid without hesitation. Chucking the liquid back her throat. Screweing up her face at the fowl taste.

“Besides, I couldn’t come looking for you while the others were here.”

“That means you came right to us.” Lola mutters. She didn’t miss a single thing. “My brother always said you were a little weird. That you ….. Nevermind.”

“That I what?”

“That you have a thing for Elsa.”
