I had no idea when Eskaal had arrived in the Lycan Kingdom. His presence, now etched into the chronicles of lycan world’s history, remained a baffling enigma to me. It was as if he had materialised out of thin air, a mistake destined to unravel the delicate balance that had long held the lycan kingdom’s boundaries together.

The whispers in the court had been rife with speculation about his origins. Some claimed he was here with an army to slay all the lycans, Kaldir claimed that he started to attack from distant lands when he stumbled upon the border. Others insisted he was a killer who slayed a big ratio of lycans, an insane alpha who was seeking to undermine the throne.

For me, the truth remained elusive, told by others, shrouded in the darkness of uncertainty. All I knew was that his arrival had brought turmoil, casting a shadow over the once-peaceful lycan realm.
