Night came and Irish was all ready to leave Silver Crest pack.

Elsa wasn't the least happy to separate from their mate, but she had no choice other than this.

To protect her unborn pup, she needed to leave.

If she stayed, her life would be lost, and that was the last thing she wanted. There was so much bad energy that she needed to leave as fast as she could.

As Cynthia brought her food that evening, she wanted to hug her and say her goodbyes, since Cynthia had been a good acquaintance, but it was such a pity that her heart couldn't trust just anyone. So she had simply smiled.

Using her palm to cover her protruded belly, Irish faced the moon through the mirror and prayed.

"The time has come for me to leave. Dear baby, entreat the Moon goddess with me. Tell her to grant us safety." Her eyes shone with brimming tears.

This journey to freedom could be her end or the beginning of a new dawn.

Fluttering her lashes, she let her tears freely flow down her cheeks.
