CHAPTER 35

Irish paced back and forth in her room, before collapsing with her back, on the bed. The bed made a creaking sound but she couldn't care less.

"What has gotten into me?" Irish asked herself as she lifted her hand to her face, using her shaky palm to cover her face.

Ever since Nora released the news of her being murdered by Ashley in three days, she had not slept a wink.

Irish feared for her life. For the life of her unborn baby.

Time seemed to fly so fast ever since then and she wished it could crawl slower.

Turning her face to the left, Irish sighed softly. On a table, lay her food untouched. Cynthia had come to give her food but she didn't touch it yet.

To make no one suspect that she was not eating it, she had not left her room the whole day. When Cynthia's cat pet entered the room, Irish had pleaded that the animal be left behind.

After feeding a few spoons of the soup to the cat when Cynthia left, Irish discovered to her amazement that the cat had been sleeping ever since. Leadin
