CHAPTER 26

The next day, Irish woke up with eye bags under her eyes.

Her body was already sore from sleeplessly turning and tossing all night.

Yawning tiredly, Irish went to stand in front of the mirror.

Seeing herself, she couldn't believe her eyes. Except for the little bump in front of her belly, she still maintained her slim and slender figure, because she ate little food. Her appetite seemed to have disappeared the moment her father betrayed and sold her, and her mate was no other than her sole tormentor.

Lowering her hands, she circled her stomach and a smile escaped her lips.

"This baby of mine." She muttered allowing the smile on her lips to break into a humongous laugh.

Her baby, the only reason she still had faith, still lived, the reason she wanted to escape from this cruel house.

She swallowed hard. "Don't worry baby, I'll escape," she paused, sucking in a deep breath and using her left hand to pat the dress on her stomach area.
