Chapter 9- Rage

As temping as it was I knew I couldn’t refuse, I had to get it of here no matter what, and she wasn’t even making it easy for me, by being a bitch.

I gazed at her, feeling a mix of shock and confusion. She had always made it clear that she didn’t want me around, and I couldn’t quite grasp her motives.

But honestly, it didn’t matter to me; all I wanted was to escape this place, and if that meant we had a deal, then so be it.

“Great, a deal it is. If I were kidnapped and brought here against my will, I’d definitely want to leave,” I replied, noticing a smile creeping onto her lips, as if she couldn’t believe I was actually agreeing to her terms.

Despite how tempting it was, I realized I couldn't say no to her terms, why would I ever want to come back here in the first place.

Her difficult attitude certainly wasn't helping. Each sharp word and dismissive gesture only added to my frustration, making it harder to focus on my own needs and desires.
