Nadine 003

We walk hand in hand out of the venue, and I can’t take my eyes off him. He is devilishly handsome.

Everyone stares, in shock. I know it’s because of the Greek god by my side.

In my tipsy state, I feel bold, clinging to him like a schoolgirl. "Take all of me tonight, make me feel whole again," I slur.

"As you wish, my lady," he replies with a grin.

My cheeks flush as I lean in and kiss him, wrapping my arms around his neck. He responds eagerly, his lips warm and inviting.

"You taste divine," I murmur, lost in the moment.

"You are beautiful," he says softly, his gaze intense.

We stroll down the street, his hand in mine. The connection is exciting and comforting. Without a word, we seem to understand each other perfectly as we stop in front of a hotel. It feels like a spell has been cast on me, making me throw caution to the wind.

The hotel lobby is grand, with high ceilings, marble floors, and a majestic staircase. Expensive art lines the walls, and the air smells of fresh flowers.

I can’t keep my hands off him, my heart racing as I glance at him. He notices, smirking, aware of how much he’s affecting me. In the elevator, I giggle in excitement.

When we enter the room, the air around us feels charged. He looks at me intensely before cupping my breast. I shiver at his touch, and our lips crash together in a passionate kiss, our tongues exploring each other eagerly.

My hands roam over his body as he does the same, both of us lost in the moment.

I can feel his desire pressing against me, and I fumble with his belt. He quickly strips off his clothes, and I do the same, tossing them aside.

Naked, he looks at me, his eyes filled with admiration. "You’re breathtaking," he says, making my heart race even faster.

He grabs me by the waist, guiding me to the bed and pushing me onto the soft mattress. He follows, and we stare at each other, our eyes filled with lust.

His hands explore my body, his fingers teasing my nipples until they harden under his touch.

I moan as he kisses me again, my hips bucking against him, desperate for more. He holds me tightly as he enters me with a powerful thrust.

We both groan at the contact, our bodies fitting together perfectly.

He moves slowly at first, as I enjoy each stroke, but soon, we’re lost in the rhythm, moving faster, the pleasure is overwhelming.

I feel my climax building, and he senses it too, picking up the pace until I explode in ecstasy, and he follows, filling me with his release.

The feeling is way out of this world as I am exhausted, I notice his piercing gaze on me, slowly kissing my forehead, as I lie in his arms, drifting off to sleep, feeling happier than I have in a long time.

The next morning, I woke up with a splitting headache. I take in my surroundings and I panic seeing I am somewhere strange.

Then slowly the dot starts fixing together As I remember where I am, and the events of the day before night flood back into my mind.

I glance at the man beside me. The soft sunlight peeking through the curtains casts a warm glow on his face, making him look like a work of art.

For a moment, I admire him, peaceful and godlike in his sleep. There’s something about him I can’t explain.

Quietly, I slip out of bed, careful not to wake him. He stirs slightly but he doesn't wake up. I sigh in relief knowing he is still sleeping.

I slowly pick my clothes from the clothes scattered on the floor and wear them. I take a final glance at the man, but in a way I see I didn't regret it.

I leave some money on the nightstand with a note, feeling it’s the right thing to do.

As I step out onto the street, memories of the day before flood my thoughts. I thought Jake was my prince charming.

My thought flashback to when I meet Jake

We met on a rainy afternoon as I hurry along the sidewalk with my umbrella, colliding with him.

My breath catches in my throat, and my heart pounds loudly in my chest as I look up to see the most beautiful eyes that hold me spellbound.

"I... I'm sorry," I stutter, my heart doing a flip.

"It's okay, beautiful," he says with a smile, his eyes locking onto mine. I'm sure he knows how much he affects me, but I slowly move away.

After that encounter, I can't stop thinking about him.

It feels like a dream come true when our paths cross again during a shopping spree with Sydney.

My breath catches again as he walks closer. "Hi there, I remember you from the other day."

"Hi, yes," I reply, feeling the blood rush to my cheeks, staining them red.

"I didn’t catch your name last time," he says, grinning as if fully aware of the effect he has on me.

"That’s because I didn’t tell you," I say, rolling my eyes at his line. As I shake his hand, there's something about the way I feel when our hands touch.

We hit it off from there, going on a series of dates, and he finally proposed to me at the top of the Eiffel Tower. I had always dreamed of being proposed to there, and it felt like a dream come true. I said yes without hesitation because I loved him.

I introduced him to my parents, and Jake and my father instantly clicked as they bonded over business and the stock market.

Sydney warned me I was moving too fast, and now her words haunt me. Blinded by love, I couldn’t see the truth.

What was I thinking, exposing Jake and Nathalie like that? I thought it would bring justice, but it didn’t. It only left me feeling empty.

I can’t go back home. Not after everything—Jake’s betrayal, my family’s rejection. How can I face them again?

With nowhere to turn, I feel lost. Tears stream down my face as I wander, the pain of betrayal weighing heavy on my heart.

I walk until I find myself standing on the edge of a bridge, looking down at the river below. The water bubbles gently, almost inviting.

Suddenly, a voice screams behind me, "Please don’t jump!" The voice is desperate, full of concern.

I snap out of my trance and turn to see someone rushing toward me, their eyes wide with fear. My foot hovers on the edge, and I hesitate, unsure of what to do next…
