1☆☆ The Auction

The indistinct noise of men whistling, mixed in the sounds of music, filtered the air as Lily Torreltini was led through a dark passageway towards a huge hall.

From a distance, Lily understood the scene that awaited her, her whole body trembling as she was being pulled roughly by two werewolf guards who looked fierce and gruesome.

"Move it!" One of them declared, but Lily could barely catch up with them as they walked faster, and her legs were coated in huge iron chains. Her hands weren't left out as they were also handcuffed in similar chains.

When they finally arrived at the hall, Lily was pushed down by the guards, and they locked the huge gate behind the stage, and they left. Lily felt her heart palpitate in her chest as she raised her gaze, looking around the place.

The dark club room was suddenly filled with bright lights, and a fluorescent white light was thrown down directly at Lily.

She instantly turned her face away from the crowd, feeling shameful for what was about to happen to her.

Lily never imagined that in her life, she would be in this situation. As an Alpha daughter and the supposed pride of the pack, Lily was unfortunately born as an Omega, and it made her father, Alpha Torreltini, to dislike her. To the extent that he sent her out to be auctioned off.

When Alpha Torreltini discovered that his successor, Lily, was a slave wolf, he remarried another she-wolf and crowned her Luna in order to bear other children. He indeed bore a son and a daughter, both alphas, and Lily was seen as the As a slave and was unwanted by her father. As a prestigious alpha, it was a huge shame to have birthed an omega wolf.

Lily looked down at her almost naked body. She was dressed in a beautiful white chiffon skirt and a well designed bralet— coated in diamonds. Her whole body was exposed to the werewolf men present in the hall, and they all whistled joyfully at her.

Lily looked at them. She could see them flash their colourful werewolf eyes lustfully, Lily could only imagine the plans they had for her in mind. Feeling uncomfortable, Lily tried to get up and run, but the chain in her leg stopped her from moving. Surprisingly, it got heavier than earlier. Maybe her legs got weaker, rather.

"Let the auction begin!" a loud masculine voice declared sarcastically, and a man who seemed to be the auctioneer walked out to the middle of the stage.

"We have here in our auction ring, an Omega, pure breed of an Alpha father, nineteen year old, mateless, and to top it all, she's a virgin!" He stated, hitting the auction hammer on the plank.

A loud cheer suddenly resounded in the auction hall. The noises were made by the werewolves who cheered at the fact that Lily was tagged to be a virgin.

"Let the bidding begin! The starting price is $200 thousand!" The man stamped.

"If she is truly a virgin, as you mentioned, then I want this priceless jewel to myself! I'll offer $300 thousand!" A man's voice yelled out from the crowd while Lily watched them. She was powerless against the auction and lily knew that if she tried to move or make an escape, she would be made to pay for it!

While the men debated on what price to buy her, Lily thought of a way to escape from whoever buys her tonight.

She sat there, looking innocent as she rubbed her palms against her shoulders. She was cold and needed to cover up.

Amidst the numerous voices that bidded different amounts to buy Lily, a husky masculine voice resonated in the hall with a hilarious price.

"$50 million!" His voice yelled, taking over the hall.

The music was paused immediately, and everyone hated their words.

"Such a huge amount to buy our wolf?" The auctioneer seemed surprised as he asked.

He surveyed the place with his eyes trying to find out who declared such a huge amount for Lily.

"I did! I will buy her for $50 million! And if it's not enough, I'll add an extra $10 million to the amount!" His cold voice spoke.

Hearing his voice speak, Lily felt her adrenaline rush through her body, and a sudden feeling of discomfort came.

If he was going to buy her for such a huge amount, then she wouldn't be able to escape such a person!

How wealthy is he to offer such a price for her?

Lily raised her gaze and tried to search for who he was that made such a bid, but it was impossible for her to see him in the dark room. Only the buyers could see whoever was being auctioned from the stage. They, the commodities, weren't privileged to see their potential buyers until they got purchased successfully and delivered to them.

Lily was curious to know who he was, but she still had to carry out her plans of escaping when she left the club.

"Well, that's not left for me to decide! You've made your price, and the auction continues!" The werewolf man declared.

"How absurd is he to think that anyone else would offer such an amount in order to have me!" Lily muttered to herself.

She lowered her head shamefully, and Lily couldn't tell why she was suddenly feeling uneasy after she heard the amount offered for her.

She somehow didn't feel worthless at all. $60 million is a huge amount, and if anyone decides to buy her for such, then he must really know her value.

She folded herself at a corner in the stage, and her dishevelled platinum blonde hair fell over her oval face, covering the visible scars she had.

Lily leaned her face and awaited for the auction to be over in order to know her fate that day.

Soon, the auctioneer realized that no one else was going to raise the price for Lily.

"$60 million going for our virgin Omega! FAny other person wants to bid?" He asked, his loud voice dominating the hall as he spoke.

"SOLD!" He finally declared.

When Lily heard him say those words, she knew that her life would take a cold turn. From being an abused omega wolf, her freedom has just been sold off to a random werewolf who she knows nothing about.

After the auction was declared, the guards who brought her in earlier came and took her away with them.
