"Miss, you look so gorgeous. Your boyfriend won't be able to take his eyes off of you when he sees you."

Recalling what the store manager said when she was trying out the wedding dress, a bashful smile appeared on her face.

Celeste Banks looked at her phone screen, her boyfriend Nathan and her photo was kept as the wallpaper. They looked so happy together while hugging each other. As the thought of seeing him crossed her mind, her ocean blue eyes sparkled.

Standing in front of the door, Celeste smiled at the bouquet in her one hand and typed the password to open the door. She snuck a glance at the wall clock and put the bouquet on the table before heading towards the bedroom.

It was merely two years ago when she turned 18 and gave her boyfriend the password to enter her house. Since then her boyfriend could come to see her without any hassle.

Until now, Celeste couldn't hear any other sound except for her heartbeat since she was too excited. But as she reached closer to the bedroom, weird noises came in her ears.

"Nathan said he would come back in the evening from his business trip. Can it be... Someone broke into my house and they are in the bedroom?"

Without making a sound, she quickly picked up the broom near her hand and tiptoed towards the bedroom while holding onto the broom firmly.

"Ahhh! Yeah. Yes!"

The female voice coming from the bedroom came into her ears, Maryn's hands around the broom slightly loosened as she had a weird feeling about it. "Someone has surely broken in."

Holding firmly on the broom, Celeste walked fast towards the door when the voice came out louder and her heart beat quickened with an ominous feeling.

"Fvck! Do it rougher. Harder!" The female voice moaned and soon it was replaced by the familiar male voice, "How about this? Do you like that?"

"Yes, baby. I love it so much. Ahhh! I'm cuming."

Until now, she could think of all the other possibilities but the moment, that familiar voice spoke up... She felt her body becoming numb.

Her hands felt heavier as she was about to touch the doorknob. "Nathan is in another region, it's not him. Something is... Someone else is... " Reassuring herself so, she pushed open the door and her eyes widened in sheer disbelief.

The ground under her feet was as if swallowing her whole. Celeste stood there like a statue when she saw her very boyfriend whom she loved for the past 7 years was shoving his manhood in another woman's c*nt and they were kissing each other passionately.

They were so busy with each other that they didn't notice her sudden appearance. As the broom suddenly dropped from her hand, the sound of it pulled their attention.

Nathan whom she loved for all these years looked at her and a feeling of shock washed over him. He immediately pushed the woman under him away and grabbed his pants from the ground.

For the first time ever, Celeste thought she was in some riding hag because the man she knew loved her more than he loved his family, how could a guy like him think of hurting her? But her judgement was proven wrong the moment she saw his face clearly. No, she was not dreaming.

"Si-since how long are you doing this?" She asked him, her voice trembling and her eyes watery.

The woman who was lying under him earlier shamelessly picked his shirt and putting it on, she asked lazily, "Is she the one you were talking about?"

Nathan quickly rushed to Celeste, closing the door behind him he held her hand, "Celes, my love. When did you come back?"

Those two words 'My love' used to sound sweet to her in the past but at the moment, they sounded so disgusting to her.

Trying to hold onto the tears that were threatening to escape her eyes, Celeste asked with a heavy tone, "Who is she?"

"She... She is my colleague, we were just doing a theory. It's... It's about..."

She wanted to laugh loudly as she heard him, he still had the guts to lie on her face. Even though she saw him doing the most shameful thing, he was still lying to her. She couldn't believe he was the upright, loyal and warm-hearted man she loved all these years.

"How long are you gonna lie to me? You were fvcking her, I saw it with my own eyes. How could you..." This time she couldn't hide her tears anymore, she cried like a baby, "How could you cheat on me? We have been together for 3 years, you said you loved me and we would get married."

Nathan stood still, there was no trace of regret or whatsoever on his face. He looked strangely so calm as if he expected this and he even planned on how he would react.

"He never loved you, look at you. You are so overdramatic. He is a man, so what if he slept with me? It's a natural thing, why are you crying over something so trivial?" The other woman in his shirt, stood at the door seductively as she asserted so.

"She is right, Celes. I am a man, it's ok for a man to sleep with another woman. You know, I am loyal to you. I love you." Nathan smiled at her, that shameless smile made her feel so nauseous.

"Yeah, don't be overdramatic. We didn't do anything bad, after we are done he will eventually go back to you." The woman walked to Nathan and touched his hand, smirking at him. "She understood it, let's go back to what we were doing."

Seeing the two heading towards the bedroom, Celeste wiped the tears off her cheeks. It was her who fell in love with him first, she loved him for 4 years and thought she would keep her feelings a secret forever but then one day, somehow the whole school knew about her feelings for him.

Nathan came running to her and said that he also loved her. Even knowing they were from different backgrounds and there could be difficulties she would have to go through if she wanted to be with him, Celeste agreed. She thought she could fight with anything if he stayed by her side, she found her prince charming but...

"You two. Get out of my house right now." Celeste ordered, standing firmly on the spot. She had enough with his nonsense.

"What did you say?" Nathan questioned as if he couldn't hear her.

"Didn't you hear me? I want you two to leave my house. Right this moment." She stared at his eyes and ordered so with determination and hatred.

Upon hearing her, Nathan chuckled. "It's you who is standing in my house. How dare you be so rude to the owner?"

"Are you mad? It's my house, my grandmother gave it to me..." Celeste couldn't complete the sentence as Nathan tossed a paper towards her. "See it with your own eyes."

Celeste read the papers carefully and the next minute, the paper dropped from her hand, "It... I didn't sign it by myself." She asserted, her voice screaming pure innocence.

"Oh, don't lie. It doesn't suit you."

"It must be you. You have done something to get my signature in these papers. It's my grandmother's house. There's no way, I would give it to you."

Hearing her, Nathan chuckled and the woman did the same. "Keep crying but let me tell you, nothing will change even if you do it. This house is mine, I have a high-paying job and a lot of money when you have nothing at all. You are just some beggars whom I can save if you keep playing the good girl."

The more Celeste watched him show his true color, the more disgusted she was at him. Her heart shattered in pieces, she thought he would at least be sad but he didn't even care.

"I gave you shelter in my house, provided you with food and other necessities when you were abandoned. How could you do that to me?"

"Well, when you proposed to me, I thought you were good to be fvcked. But look how boring you are. You never let me touch you. You are so annoying." Nathan gave her a scornful look and coldly said so.

"I will sue you, you must have used some weird way to make me sign the papers."

"Ahh, wait." Getting some cents from his wallet, he placed them on her hand. "You forgot that you need money to fight me. Here's some, now go ahead and do it."

Those two laughed on her face and soon kicked her out, standing against the door Celeste looked at the cents in her hand and her eyes shed a river. "You son of a good mother! Open the door and come out. You wriggle-wiggle monkey! You bloodsucking motherducking jerkie!" Her heart ached so bad and she sat on the ground, hugging her knees.

'I am sorry, granny. I couldn't protect the only treasure you gave me, I don't even know how did he... '

Ring!

Suddenly as her phone rang, she picked it up and a woman's crying tone of voice could be heard from this side of the call, "Celes, where are you? We are in big trouble. Come back now."
