Chapter 72

Iris's POV

"Iris! Please stop!" Lucas shouts from behind. His voice trembled down.

Even though the rain was heavy. I ran out from the building company. My heart hurting deep inside. My heart suffer with sadness, very painful. I don't understand myself.

"Please! We need to fix this! I need to talk to you Iris." Lucas begged but I keep walking away.

It's just raining heavily. I feel the cold in my skin. I'm just crying. I don't know where to go? My chest feel so heavy. I burst into tears.

No matter what Lucas did I couldn't stop from walking, not knowing I reached a park.

"Iris please! Talk to me! Please! I know you're hurting! I know I hurt you! I'm sorry!"

I stopped from walking when Lucas ran to block my way. He chased me even though it was raining heavily. He wants to talk to me?

I looked at his face. I see the sadness in his lips. His eyes begging to me to talk to him back.

"Please! I'm begging you! Talk to me Iris. I know I hurt you! I know everything hasn't been easy for you."
