Lucky's POV

It's not working, he said. But I'm not even seducing him. I just remained silent beside him as he drove the car. I can't help but to constantly glance at him from time to time.

When the car finally stopped, I looked outside. A three storey office of the LSG Transport is in front of us. It's a new building. This is not the previous office of the Foster Group. Damien literally erased all their traces.

I opened the car and got out, carrying my bag and a paper bag.

A valet approached Damien to get his car keys. Damien went to my side.

"Let's go."

I nodded and followed him. Everyone was greeting us as we passed by them. I followed Damien until we reached the third floor.

He looked at me after he opened an office's door. "I have to go back to my meeting. Stay here until I'm done."

I gave him a smile. "Okay."

He stared at me for a few minutes before he heaved a sigh and left.

I entered his office. It was spacious and cold. Everything is organized.
