"Miss, which side is your house on? I'm already at the complex junction," I said over the phone to Raisa, my customer.

"Just go straight, Miss. House number three on the left side, orange-colored paint. I'll wait for you in front. What vehicle are you using?" she asked.

"Okay. I'm in a white car, Miss. I'm on my way," I said as I drove slowly.

A beautiful woman with shoulder-length brown hair waved at me.

"Miss Dita!" she exclaimed.

I immediately parked my car right in front of her house. A not-so-large house with a charming porch and various beautiful flower plants decorating the surroundings. The building seemed new.

"Why did you seem confused, miss? I did share my location earlier," she said as I stepped out of the car.

"Just a little, Miss. Sometimes the location sharing can be a bit off. I thought I was close to you, but it turns out your house is quite far from where I thought," I said while opening the back of my car.

"Let me help you, Miss. Is Miss Dita new in this city?" she asked, assisting me in getting the cake and decorative pudding out of the car.

"Not exactly, Miss. I've been here for around two years. But I rarely leave the house," I said.

We entered her house, and she invited me to sit down. The minimalist living room was adorned with backdrops and various golden decorations, with the words "HAPPY ENGAGEMENT RAISA N WISNU," the same words I had written on the ordered pudding and cake.

"Please rest for a moment, Miss. Have some syrup. Must be tired, right? So, the free delivery worked out, didn't it?" she said, sitting next to me.

"Well, it was alright, Miss. And yes, of course, according to the initial agreement, the delivery was free," I said as I sipped from the glass of syrup she had served.

"Thank you, Miss. I'm so satisfied with ordering from Miss Dita. Everything is amazing, just as I expected!" she exclaimed.

"I'm glad you liked it. So, when is the event?" I asked.

"Next month."

"Where is the groom from, Miss? He's really lucky to have a beautiful fiancée like you, Raisa," I said.

My earlier remark wasn't just idle chatter. In reality, Raisa was indeed very beautiful, with her fair complexion, sharp nose, dimples, makeup skills, and a proportional body—simply perfect. A stark contrast to me, undoubtedly.

"He's from a place not too close, Miss. From the neighboring city. We've been together for quite a while now, over a year," she explained.

"Hope the event goes smoothly and leads to your wedding soon, Miss."

"Amen. And for my wedding, I plan to order all the cakes and snack boxes from you, Miss Dita. Oh, by the way, give me a moment. I'll get the money; I forgot," she said, smiling.

Then Raisa went inside the house. I sat alone on the sofa. I admired the minimalist room, slightly small due to its well-arranged layout, but it felt spacious and comfortable. As I glanced behind, my eyes fell on a photo that startled me.

The photo depicted Raisa wearing matching black T-shirts, hugging a man whose face bore an uncanny resemblance to my husband, Chandra. Negative thoughts instantly flooded my mind.

Once I deemed the surroundings safe, I quickly snapped a photo of it. I was convinced, the man in the photo was Chandra, my husband of three years. His name was Wisnu Chandra Mahardika.

"Here's the money, Miss Dita. Could you please count it?" she said, handing me the money.

"Is that a photo of her future husband, Miss?" I asked.

"Yes, exactly, miss. Do you know Wisnu, Miss Dita?"

"No, Miss. You two seem very compatible and well-suited. I'm sure he's also lucky to have a fiancée like you," I replied.

I was absolutely certain that the man was Chandra, but I needed more concrete proof.

I remembered what Chandra had said earlier, about working late at the office. Looking at my watch, it was already five in the afternoon, and the event was scheduled for after sunset. I decided not to go home but rather to observe the event up close.

I turned my car around and headed back to Raisa's house. I found a suitable spot to observe the scene. Eventually, I saw a white Mitsubishi Pajero parked right in front of Raisa's house. No doubt, it was Chandra's car, the wedding gift from my late father.

I began recording what was unfolding in front of me. Chandra stepped out of the car, dressed neatly in batik. He was accompanied by a man and a woman I didn't recognize, carrying some offerings.

You're truly wicked, Chandra. I couldn't believe that someone who had been kind and loving to me could do something like this. However, I was torn—should I ruin the engagement ceremony right now? Or should I confront this situation with grace and charm?

Well, it's better for me to stay quiet for now and give Chandra a fitting response. It would be too bold if I were to barge in and disrupt the event at this moment. Perhaps a slight retaliation would be enough before I bring this all to an end. Chandra and Raisa deserve to learn a lesson for playing with fire behind my back.I finished recording the video after they went inside; I could already imagine what was happening within the orange-colored house. Enjoy your moment of victory, Chandra. Consider yourself the winner for now, but make sure you don't regret this later on. Before leaving, I tried calling Chandra, just to see how he would react when I interrupted his engagement event. He ignored my calls twice, but on the third call, he answered."What's up?" he initiated the conversation. From my parking spot, I could see Chandra stepping outside and standing on the porch. Turns out he was afraid of being caught."Where are you now, Chandra?" I asked."I'm, umm, at the housing proje

Finally, I've arrived in front of the house. It's not too late yet, it's only half past seven."Mr. Sigit, could you please park this car inside again?" I said as I handed over the key."Sure, Miss," said the security guard. Then I entered, and the door was opened by Bi Sanah, the household assistant who had been here since my late mother was alive, about fifteen years ago."Miss Dita, do you want to have dinner now?" she asked."I'm not in the mood to eat. I just want to go to sleep," I said as I climbed the stairs.I immediately collapsed onto my plush spring bed. I tried closing my eyes, but it turns out I couldn't. The images of Chandra and Raisa being happy over there couldn't escape my mind. So, this is how it feels to be hurt and betrayed? At the age of twenty-five, I'm experiencing it for the first time.I am Dita Prameswari, the sole heir of a wealthy entrepreneur. Since I was ten years old, my mother passed away in an accident. "Thank you. for buying my order," I said.I tried to act casual, so he wouldn't suspect anything. I didn't plan on finding out how he got these pastries; I thought it was trivial, and there were more important things I needed to focus on and learn from him."Why aren't you eating it, Dit? I went all the way to buy it for you." Chandra said, lying down next to me."Far?" I replied, "Weren't you in Malang earlier? And you bought this there too, right? How is that far?""Oh, yeah, right. Eat it, Dit" he concluded, scratching his non-itchy head.Answering simple questions seems challenging, yet he thinks he can outsmart me and get married again? He's just a local playboy."Maybe tomorrow. It's not nice to snack this late at night. Besides, I'm also sleepy," I said."Okay, let's sleep now. Oh yeah, Dit. I need to go out of town tomorrow, but I might not be back for three days. Is that okay?" he asked, smiling."It's fine. Do you really think I'd stop my husband from working?" I said."But

Cake_5"Um, in that case. Please wait here for a moment, ma'am. I'll clean Mr. Chandra's office first, it's quite messy inside, Ma'am. By the way, the cleaning service hasn't cleaned it yet."Why does it seem like she's preventing me from entering? There must be something wrong here, which is why she's being overly protective of her boss's office."It seems like you're not allowing me to enter. What's inside there?" I shifted my gaze to the girl, folding my arms. "Do you even know who I am?" I said with frustration."I know, ma'am. But Mr. Chandra instructed me not to let just anyone in. Especially since there was a meeting in this room yesterday, it's still very messy, ma'am," she replied, looking down."Who would dare to hold a meeting in the big boss's office? And wasn't my husband out of town all day yesterday? I am the rightful owner of this company, so I don't need anyone's permission to come in here. And remember, I can easily fire any employee who makes me uncomfortable here,"

I took a moment to rest my body on this soft sofa, closed my eyes briefly, and took a deep breath in the hopes of easing some of the burdens on my mind and heart that I'm currently dealing with. Why could Chandra act that way outside, while in front of me he seems very kind? Unknowingly, tears started flowing down my cheeks. Truly, this is a heavy blow in my life. But I must not lose hope, I have to stay strong. I shouldn't let frustration and pain overcome me just because of this. I'm a resilient woman, and before I achieve what I want, I won't back down. I sit back down, saying "Bismillah," and I will continue what I had planned earlier.I immediately called Linda, asking her to call the cleaning service and have them clean up this room from the disgusting trash. Not long after, the service personnel entered my room."Please take the trash can and its contents under that table, and also this wastepaper basket, take them to the back and burn everything," I instructed."What about the

I entered Chandra's office once again. I reclined on the couch while waiting for the staff to send me the reports I requested earlier. After a while, I closed my eyes and contemplated how to make my strategies work. Well, I don't need to worry about the results for now; what matters is that I try to cut off all of Chandra's access.Suddenly, I remembered the spy cameras I had bought earlier. I quickly grabbed the two super-mini cameras and placed them in a discreet spot that seemed perfect, then connected them to my phone. Even though I asked for Linda's help, I still needed to install these cameras. No one knows, right?Done. Starting today, there will be a free soap opera every day, hehe. I just need to find the right time to attach these tiny cameras to Chandra's car and phone. After testing the camera's performance on my phone, I had an idea that might poke at my husband a bit. Coincidentally, I had taken a photo of a white engagement cake yesterday, of course, before I added the

"It tastes really delicious, seriously amazing. That's why I want to order it again for my upcoming wedding, Miss. One three-tiered layer cake and five hundred mini tarts. We're planning to have the event in two weeks. How can we make that happen, Miss?" Raisa sounded very happy as she said this."Oh, of course, that's possible. Wow, the wedding is coming up so soon. But I thought it was still a month away," I said, trying to get more information."Yeah, well, why wait longer? I want to get a new house quickly too, hehe. Honestly, Miss, I'm currently two months pregnant, so I asked Wisnu to marry me as soon as possible before my belly gets bigger," she said without hesitation.Oh, so Raisa is pregnant now. Maybe that's why Chandra is marrying this affair partner. She really has no shame, openly discussing a scandal as if it were an achievement, oh, and for the money too. Maybe she doesn't even know that her future husband is actually poor and an expert in cheating. It's become quite c

By the way, you didn't tell all the staff at our house that I've been arrested, did you?"I knew it; you must be embarrassed if all the staff found out. How could you not be embarrassed? You, who always acted arrogantly and self-righteous with all the staff at home, are now arrested by the police and proven to have made many mistakes."I only told Bik Sanah and Sigit, but I'm sure they've already told the others. Pov Author In order to satisfy Chandra, Dita finally left the house that morning. Her main destination was the office, where she would monitor Chandra's activities through a surveillance camera.Dita intentionally drove her car a bit faster, both to reach the office quickly and to confuse Chandra's potential spies. After Dita's car passed through the gate, the man in a black jacket who had been sitting under the mango tree across from Dita's house immediately contacted his boss."Boss, the target has left the house. I'll follow her to see where she's headed. If the plan succeeds, I'll inform you," the surveillance agent with a deep voice reported."Good, do that. Keep following and contact me directly when she's no longer alive! I'm currently preparing for our victory celebration!" [Mr. Chandra just arrived. I told Miss Dita is out riding her motorcycle with Sigit.]Bik Sanah's message came when I was still at the computer store. I forgot to buy it this morning, even though I was supposed to place a camera at Raisa's place of business. But it turns out I forgot. It's okay; tomorrow or the day after, I'll go back there and see how Raisa responds to what I'm going to do to her future husband. So tonight, I decided to buy some cameras as stock.[Alright, Bik. I'll be home in about ten minutes. Thank you.]Then I rushed on my motorcycle towards home. I didn't even take ten minutes; I was already in front of my house.Without making a fuss, I put all my purchases and driving gear in Sigit's room, aka the security guard post. Then I entered the house wearing only jeans and a T-shirt, like I had just been out for a short walk. When I entered, Mr. Chandra was watching TV in the living room. Unusually, he never watches TV. Seeing me arrive, he greeted me with a smile, wh

"Dear, please let me know when Chandra returns. Just tell him I'm at the supermarket if he asks. I'll be on my way, Bik." I bid farewell to Bi Sanah that morning. For the time being, I paused taking cake orders. This time, I only served my special customer, Raisa. Money wasn't my main goal in selling cakes online; it was more about pursuing my hobby and talent. Every time I completed an order for a customer, it brought a sense of pride. Before heading to Raisa's place, I stopped by a Taekwondo training center. I quickly registered there and would start training in the evening. I did this to learn self-defense, just in case of a sudden attack. When your husband, who's been married to you for three years, turns out to be your potential killer, you need to know how to defend yourself. Then, I directed my motorcycle towards Raisa's place. This time, I wore a jacket and dressed like a racer to avoid being recognized. Luckily, Sigit had brought his son's motorcycle home earlier, so I borrow

So you don't have to drive."Actually, I know you're not asking to carpool, but to make sure I don't cause any trouble at the office again. But yeah, I did a lot of treatments earlier, to look fresher," I said with a smile."Actually, Non Dita has been beautiful since birth. But, even more beautiful with treatments like this. It seems like it's been a long time since Non Dita paid attention to appearance.""Yeah, you're right, Bi. Laziness does conquer all, hehe. The scattered items are diverse, even including leftover food wrappers. However, one item caught my attention. A pink lace-edged women's underwear had fallen to the parking lot floor. Whose was it? I had never felt like it was mine.Suddenly, Chandra glanced at me, swiftly returning all the items to the bag."Wait, what was that pink thing?" I asked, trying to grab the bag, but Chandra quickly hid it behind his back."Oh, this... it's nothing, dear. Just a cleaning cloth," he stammered."Just a cleaning cloth? Give me the bag, I want to get my sandals. Why did you put it back?" I tried to persuade him to give me the bag."It seems your sandals are worn out and not worth using, dear. Let's just buy new ones."With his right hand, Chandra opened the trunk of his car, which had been closed earlier, trying to put the bag back in. Just as deftly, I snatched the bag from him. As a result, a scene ensued where we both fought for the bag, like two children fighting over an ice cream. Goodness
