"Thank you. for buying my order," I said.

I tried to act casual, so he wouldn't suspect anything. I didn't plan on finding out how he got these pastries; I thought it was trivial, and there were more important things I needed to focus on and learn from him.

"Why aren't you eating it, Dit? I went all the way to buy it for you." Chandra said, lying down next to me.

"Far?" I replied, "Weren't you in Malang earlier? And you bought this there too, right? How is that far?"

"Oh, yeah, right. Eat it, Dit" he concluded, scratching his non-itchy head.

Answering simple questions seems challenging, yet he thinks he can outsmart me and get married again? He's just a local playboy.

"Maybe tomorrow. It's not nice to snack this late at night. Besides, I'm also sleepy," I said.

"Okay, let's sleep now. Oh yeah, Dit. I need to go out of town tomorrow, but I might not be back for three days. Is that okay?" he asked, smiling.

"It's fine. Do you really think I'd stop my husband from working?" I said.

"But you trust me, right, D? You know I'm faithful to you?" he asked, looking at me and holding my hand.

I pulled my hand away from his grip, feeling disgusted when I remembered his relationship with Raisa. Starting today, I won't let him touch me anymore. Chandra seemed surprised by my reaction; usually, I would be affectionate with him.

"Um, I don't know, I guess," I said.

"Why do you feel that way?" Chandra got closer.

"Well, you know. You're always out, who knows what you're doing out there," I said, sulking.

"Since when did you start thinking so negatively? Now you're even more adorable to me."

Chandra then moved closer and tried to kiss me, but I moved away. Three years together, and I know exactly when he wants something. After the betrayal he committed, there's no chance I'll let him find the old Dita anymore.

"Sorry. I'm really sleepy. Don't disturb me. Good night," I said, lying down with my back to him.

"Hmm, okay then. Good night, my beloved wife," he said, ruffling my hair.

I pretended to sleep and closed my eyes. After a few minutes, I heard his gentle snoring from beside me, indicating that he had fallen into a deep sleep. Once I was sure he was asleep, I got up and began my operation.

My first target was Chandra's phone, which I saw on the nightstand next to the bed. It was unusual for the phone to be there; he usually carried it with him wherever he went. Maybe he was too tired tonight and forgot to take it.

I turned on the device, but unfortunately, I couldn't do much because it was locked with a password. I tried entering various combinations of words or letters that I thought were important to him, but nothing worked. This time, I gave up and decided to think about the password tomorrow. Once I figure it out, I'll be able to access his phone.

Next, I looked for his wallet in the pants he wore earlier. But it wasn't there. I then searched his work bag and finally found it.

I immediately opened the small brown item. There were just a few pieces of paper currency in the main compartment. Then there were a few credit cards and ATMs. I took the ATM with an account in my name that I had given him before; all the money from my business was in there.

Tomorrow, I planned to print out the account statement. Luckily, I had it saved. I would transfer all the business earnings to my personal account and go to the office to ask the finance department to make the transfer.

Then I looked through the other compartments in the wallet; there were several business cards, but one caught my attention: a property agent's card. It reminded me of Raisa's words about the house she would receive as a wedding gift. I took her card as well.

Then there was a small photo of me tucked behind a card slot. I smiled looking at it; he still kept that old photo.

I put the wallet back where it was and got ready to sleep. There was a lot I needed to do tomorrow. Luckily, he was leaving town, whether for work or an affair, I didn't need to know. With his absence, it would be easier for me to check the state of the company I hadn't seen for a long time. There were many changes I needed to make; his betrayal woke me from my comfortable zone. I was determined to make him regret what he did to me.

"Dita, I'm leaving now. It won't be long, maybe just two or three days. It's tiring to keep coming back and forth," he said while putting on his shoes.

"Sure. You can stay longer if you want," I said casually.

"You seem unusually happy about me leaving this time. You usually don't like it when I'm gone for too long."

"I've changed. I want to become more mature and not easily fooled by others," I said casually.

"Hmm, you're something else, Dit. Alright, I'm off."

Chandra then drove his car out of the gate. This time, I didn't mind kissing his hand and avoided when he leaned in to kiss my forehead. Little things like that, I wouldn't do them with him anymore.

After he left, I quickly got ready to leave as well. Today's plan was to visit the bank and go to the office.

Upon arriving at the bank, I requested an account statement and transferred all the funds to my personal account. I also set up mobile banking for this account, and I planned to return the ATM to where it was later.

I saw the significant amount of money that had been transferred to Chandra's account. I realized I had been naive to trust him with the finances and the company for so long. It was enough; you fooled me for too long. I will show you what I can do to repay your actions.

You're wrong Chandra, if you think I'm foolish and don't understand business. All this time, I respected you as my husband and didn't want you to feel inferior to me. But instead, you abused the trust I gave you.

Once I got to the office, I noticed many changes; I hadn't been here in nearly a year. Everyone seemed surprised by my presence but still showed me respect. Until I arrived in front of my husband's office. A sweet-looking girl with a slightly messy appearance approached me, about to enter the room.

"Sorry, Ma'am. Mr. Chandra is not in the office right now," she said politely but with a hint of concern.

"Yes, I know."

"I see, Ma'am. Can I help with anything?" she asked again. It seems she doesn't want me to enter my husband's room.

"No, it's alright. You can continue your work," I replied.

"Well, in that case. Please wait here for a moment, I will clean up your husband's room first. It's quite messy inside, Ma'am. Coincidentally, it hasn't been cleaned by the cleaning service yet."

Why does she seem afraid of me entering? There must be something amiss, causing her to be overly protective of her boss's room.

I shifted my gaze to the girl, folding my arms. "Do you even know who I am?" I said with frustration."I know, ma'am. But Mr. Chandra instructed me not to let just anyone in. Especially since there was a meeting in this room yesterday, it's still very messy, ma'am," she replied, looking down."Who would dare to hold a meeting in the big boss's office? And wasn't my husband out of town all day yesterday? I am the rightful owner of this company, so I don't need anyone's permission to come in here. I took a moment to rest my body on this soft sofa, closed my eyes briefly, and took a deep breath in the hopes of easing some of the burdens on my mind and heart that I'm currently dealing with. Why could Chandra act that way outside, while in front of me he seems very kind? Unknowingly, tears started flowing down my cheeks. Truly, this is a heavy blow in my life. But I must not lose hope, I have to stay strong. I shouldn't let frustration and pain overcome me just because of this. I'm a resilient woman, and before I achieve what I want, I won't back down. Not long after, the service personnel entered my room."Please take the trash can and its contents under that table, and also this wastepaper basket, take them to the back and burn everything," I instructed."What about the

I entered Chandra's office once again. I reclined on the couch while waiting for the staff to send me the reports I requested earlier. After a while, I closed my eyes and contemplated how to make my strategies work. Well, I don't need to worry about the results for now; what matters is that I try to cut off all of Chandra's access.Suddenly, I remembered the spy cameras I had bought earlier. I quickly grabbed the two super-mini cameras and placed them in a discreet spot that seemed perfect, then connected them to my phone. Even though I asked for Linda's help, I still needed to install these cameras. No one knows, right?Done. Starting today, there will be a free soap opera every day, hehe. I just need to find the right time to attach these tiny cameras to Chandra's car and phone. After testing the camera's performance on my phone, I had an idea that might poke at my husband a bit. Coincidentally, I had taken a photo of a white engagement cake yesterday, of course, before I added the

"It tastes really delicious, seriously amazing. That's why I want to order it again for my upcoming wedding, Miss. One three-tiered layer cake and five hundred mini tarts. We're planning to have the event in two weeks. How can we make that happen, Miss?" Raisa sounded very happy as she said this."Oh, of course, that's possible. Wow, the wedding is coming up so soon. But I thought it was still a month away," I said, trying to get more information."Yeah, well, why wait longer? I want to get a new house quickly too, hehe. Honestly, Miss, I'm currently two months pregnant, so I asked Wisnu to marry me as soon as possible before my belly gets bigger," she said without hesitation.Oh, so Raisa is pregnant now. Maybe that's why Chandra is marrying this affair partner. She really has no shame, openly discussing a scandal as if it were an achievement, oh, and for the money too. Maybe she doesn't even know that her future husband is actually poor and an expert in cheating. It's become quite c

The matter of their marriage certificate was entrusted to a friend. Chandra believed that anything they wanted could be achieved as long as they had the money.Raisa welcomed Wisnu's arrival with joy. I hurriedly drove my car to the family's regular doctor's clinic here in Kediri city. I had to be quick because I had a feeling that Mr. Chandra would also visit the office this afternoon. Before leaving, I managed to call the locksmith and asked him to make a duplicate key for Mr. Chandra's room. I didn't want anyone trusted by Mr. Chandra to enter while I was away. On the way, I stopped by a computer store, buying some more surveillance equipment; those tiny cameras seemed crucial for my plan. Finally, I arrived at my destination, the clinic. Dr. Dewi, the clinic owner, was familiar to me. So I felt comfortable discussing my issue with her. I had already scheduled an appointment, so I could consult with her at length this afternoon. Dr. Dewi was a specialist in Dermatology and Venereology."Please come in, Ms. Dita. How can I assist you?" Dr. Dita gestured for me to sit in front of her.I then proceeded to tell her all my grievances about Mr. Chandra's actions."In my opinion, befor

"Sure enough, my guess was right. Just as I hadn't finished my lunch, my beloved husband had entered this room. It seemed like he was surprised to see me still in this room. He appeared awkward as his eyes scanned the entire space. "Wow, you got here so quickly, dear. Why didn't you stay overnight in Malang? You said it was such an emergency that you had to stay there for three days, and now suddenly you're here," I said while continuing to chew my food."My coworker from the same subcontractor team couldn't make it, so it's postponed to next week. And the project's progress is delayed too, honey. There's a bit of an issue with the residents around the project site." It turns out my husband is a great liar, quite skilled at providing excuses."Have you had lunch yet, Mas? You look really pale. Can I feed you? Or should I order a drink for you?" I asked Chandra, who had been looking restless and pale."Oh, right, I actually didn't get a chance to eat earlier.. I came straight here. Y

Whose was it? I had never felt like it was mine.Suddenly, Chandra glanced at me, swiftly returning all the items to the bag."Wait, what was that pink thing?" I asked, trying to grab the bag, but Chandra quickly hid it behind his back."Oh, this... it's nothing, dear. Just a cleaning cloth," he stammered."Just a cleaning cloth? Give me the bag, I want to get my sandals. Why did you put it back?" I tried to persuade him to give me the bag."It seems your sandals are worn out and not worth using, dear. Let's just buy new ones."With his right hand, Chandra opened the trunk of his car, which had been closed earlier, trying to put the bag back in. Just as deftly, I snatched the bag from him. As a result, a scene ensued where we both fought for the bag, like two children fighting over an ice cream. Goodness

I'll follow her to see where she's headed. If the plan succeeds, I'll inform you," the surveillance agent with a deep voice reported."Good, do that. I forgot to buy it this morning, even though I was supposed to place a camera at Raisa's place of business. But it turns out I forgot. It's okay; tomorrow or the day after, I'll go back there and see how Raisa responds to what I'm going to do to her future husband. So tonight, I decided to buy some cameras as stock.[Alright, Bik. I didn't even take ten minutes; I was already in front of my house.Without making a fuss, I put all my purchases and driving gear in Sigit's room, aka the security guard post. Then I entered the house wearing only jeans and a T-shirt, like I had just been out for a short walk. When I entered, Mr. Chandra was watching TV in the living room. Unusually, he never watches TV. I bid farewell to Bi Sanah that morning. For the time being, I paused taking cake orders. This time, I only served my special customer, Raisa. Money wasn't my main goal in selling cakes online; it was more about pursuing my hobby and talent. Every time I completed an order for a customer, it brought a sense of pride. Before heading to Raisa's place, I stopped by a Taekwondo training center.
