Karen POV 

Staying at home, doing nothing has been the most horrible thing that ever happened to me. For these past weeks, I've been to Dylan's office for like ten times, but was always told that he's not around. I'm starting to get worried about him, I don't know if he's fine or not. I'm just going to give up trying anyways, not that he's going to sign the contract. The time I was given has elapsed, so there's no point. 

Letting out a frustrating sigh, I fell on my back on the bed, while staring at the ceiling, thinking of my whole life, I don't know of it'll ever get any better, I lost the most precious person in my life, which is mom, now I lost my job and my colleagues, who have been my only companies after the demise of my mom, am I not a bunch of bad luck?
