Chapter Eighty-Two

Two days had passed since Scar began working at Skye's company and it had been nothing but pleasant. She got along with everyone, without any trouble, and a majority of the people there were kind.

On the first day, she pitched in some new ideas for a project their company was working on and Hugo loved it. He was instantly on board. On the second day, they went to present that same project to all the board members and new shareholders who decided to also invest in it, which was good for them.

Then came today when they had to discuss and finalize details of a joint project which Seb and Skye had been working on, when Scar found out about it, she wasn't happy she would have preferred anything but this, Seb was the last person she wanted to see but she needed to compromise it was either her job or her personal life.

It took her a while to decide until she eventually decided to go there all she needed was to stay away from Seb then everything would be alright.
