Chapter Eighty-Eight

Scar stayed silent for a few minutes letting everything sink in, she did as Seb's mom had advised her and throughout the night, she made sure to stare into his eyes, all she could see was sincerity and warmth, the way he looked at her made her melt and gave her butterflies, she wanted to get back together with him but she needed to trust him again.

"I want us to get back together but not now, first I need some time so we'll have a trial relationship just for a short time and we'll see where we go with this." Scar eventually spoke up.

Seb was a bit disappointed but he didn't mind taking it slow as long as she was happy and as long as she was comfortable he didn't mind.

"No problem, I can do that." He said without even wasting any time.

A part of her thought he'd say no but he didn't which meant he really wanted this, he wanted to earn her forgiveness and make things work.
