Chapter 123: Discovering Her Secret

Elaine didn't sleep well the whole night. She woke up early, having received a text message from Sylvia the night before, saying that Calvin wanted to have her homemade fish soup. Elaine prepared the soup and headed to the hospital.

She arrived at the hospital quickly, placed the lunchbox on the nearby cabinet, and said, "I didn't get a chance to properly thank you for helping me retrieve my wallet yesterday. So, thank you."

Calvin smiled warmly, "You could just visit me in the hospital more often!"
