CHAPTER 10
On the third day, Captain Casablanca was lying on the bed with Priscilla laying her head on his chest, when she suddenly turned to him, and said, ‘You’ll be returning back to your ship today?’
‘Yes dear.’Priscilla began to cry, and he tried to pacify her, ‘Please don’t that. I will not be away forever, I will soon return back. Stop crying. You’re worried that you’re always alone. You can never tell if you will be a mother, through the sex we’ve had.’‘That’s all you often say.’ She sobbed.‘Trust me. I believe you will become a mother by that.’‘But I need you, not only that.’ She added.‘I know. I will return back soon.’ Captain Casablanca finally said.Zealot and his wife was making love on bed, laughing. ‘Oh dear, you’re sweet.’ He said.
‘Really?’ Rebecca asked.‘Come over here, and let’s do another round before I say, bye again.’ Zealot said.‘You want to say good bye again? Why after several months that you’ve been away.’ Zealot moved to her, and she pushed him off the bed. She shouted, ‘You’re a devil. Get away from me.’ He stood up naked, trying to wear his trouser.‘Sorry dear. I won’t be long, before I return back this time around.’‘Shut up. You liar.’ She threw the pillow at him. ‘You bastard, you never tell the truth. If had knew you’re tricking me, I’d not have given you the chance to have sex with me. You tricked me. I have been suffering with the children all along, all alone.’‘Don’t worry. Your suffering is over this time. I know if I had told you at the first day, you may not give me the chances have to have sex with you. I need to tell you, before I go. Don’t you think? Please, reason with me, Rebecca.’ The woman started to cry.‘I have a gift for you.’‘Hum, you a mean gift, or another lie?‘No not a lie at this moment. I really have a gift for you. After that, I will give you what you need to care of the children.’She cleaned her face, ‘let me see what you have for me. If you lie to me again, I will kill you.’ She smiled, as Zealot dipped his hand into his trouser.‘Close your eyes.’‘No.’ said, Rebecca.‘Please.’‘Okay.’ She closed her eyes, as Zealot brought out a dazzling white diamond jewel, and he walked to her on the bed, fixing it on her neck.‘You can now open your eyes.’‘Oop. It’s beautiful.’‘You look like the Queen of England.’ Zealot teased her, while she laughed. He kissed her.‘You lied. Liar.’ She was laughing. He walked to his bag again, and brought out two gold bars and give them for her, ‘take this, and sell it, you should use the money to take care of the children, and get builders to rebuild this ramshackle building to a better one for us, so that I won’t meet it as it is, when I return back. Okay.’ Rebecca boasted to tears.‘Do you believe me now?’ Zealot asked. She nodded, as tears ran down her faces, ‘I believe you. I’m sorry for my wrong acts.’‘No, no. Don’t worry.’ He kissed and ticked her, and then they made love again.Captain Casablanca walked out of the house as Priscilla watched him go away, sadly. ‘I will be back soon. Bye dear.’ Priscilla nodded her head, and said nothing.
‘Children, your dad is leaving today’. Rebecca announced to the children.
‘Ouh, no.’ Mack detested the comment. Zealot was watching the boys as they walked out of their rooms. The boys were sad. Mack walked to him, holding his father’s trouser, and said, ‘Dad is it truth you’re leaving today?’Zealot knelt down to the height of the boy, knowing he was sad, ‘Mack. Truly, am going back today, but never worry. I will soon be back to play with you all. I’ve told your mother to get you something. She will do for all of you. Are you happy with daddy, now?’The boy nodded. Zealot knew the boys were not happy; then he began to carry them, one by one, tickling them, until they began to laugh. Rebecca was watching them, smiling.CHAPTER 11On the third day, Captain Casablanca and his men onboard a boat, that they bought in exchanged for gold, from a boatman who they met at the river bank, as they plan to sail in search for their ship. The pirates were eager to meet their colleagues.‘Captain, where shall we sail to?’, Zealot asked.‘To the North coast.’‘North?’‘Yes.’ Captain Casablanca affirmed to his statement, as they leave the coast of Britain on the third day.All along, Thomas had been enjoying his position of Captainship over the crew, enforcing his rule of leadership on them.
