Chapter 36

Abel got home and found Riana’s suitcase in his room. He called on Elijah to find out what was going on.

“Sir, Miss Riana moved in this morning. She told me to clear all the things in your wife’s room”

“Riana was here? Where is she, and why would she give you such instructions?” Abel asked furiously.

“She is still packing Madam’s stuff in her cabin,” Elijah said sadly.

Abel went straight to Avery’s room and saw Riana. She has already put all the items in the closet inside a huge traveling bag.

“Oh, Abel, you are home. Welcome honey,” she said, stood up, and kissed him.

“Elijah, please take these bags to the store,” Riana said. Elijah, who came into the room with Abel, rushed to pick up the bag, but Abel took the bag from him and dropped it on the floor.

“What do you think you are doing? Who permitted you to move into my home?”

Riana was hurt. Her face turned pale, and tears clouded her eyes. Elijah saw this and left them immediately.
