"Y-You gave him your body?" Kathryn gasped upon hearing Tally's words, and her face paled.

Kathryn silently prayed, "Please, don't let that be what happened."

She'd never forgive herself if Tally had made such a big sacrifice because of her.

"What the heck are you thinking? Do I look like that kind of person?" Tally wished she could split Kathryn's skull open when she heard her doubtful reply.

Kathryn breathed a sigh of relief. "So everything's alright now, like you said?" Kathryn asked again out of worry.

"Go. I'm busy, so I'm hanging up." After that, Tally actually hung up. Kathryn was still daydreaming, so she didn't notice. Her mind was still replaying what Tally said.

She'd seemed like she was acting tough … was she really okay?

Then again, Kathryn remembered Tally wouldn't screw her over, so she nervously went for the check-up.

Meanwhile, in Chris' office, Markus watched Chris smoke cigarette after cigarette. "I'm certain now. It's Kathryn," Markus said.
