Sasha's POV

The car horn beeped twice more.

I was startled again. I was about to turn around and yell when I noticed the car looked familiar. A second glance told me it was Valentino driving.

He pulled up beside me, rolled down the window, and said, “Get in the car. I’ll give you a ride.”

I was momentarily stunned. “Valentino?”

“Get in. I’ll take you to the filming location,” he explained patiently.

I hesitated for a moment, then got in the front passenger seat.

“Why are you up so early? You usually don’t leave this early,” I asked as I fastened my seatbelt.

“I just woke up,” Valentino said, frowning. He wasn’t going to admit that he got up early just to see me off.

“Alright,” I said, shrugging and giving him the address.

As he drove, he said, “It’s inconvenient to drive here. You can take any car from the garage.”

“I’m not comfortable driving your car. I’m planning to rent a place closer to the set so I can sleep in a bit and have more convenience,” I explained.

“Rent a place?” His f
