Chapter 1093

Sean and Gwen looked at each other. They could tell why this doctor had a hard time talking about it. He obviously suspected that Caroline was in a coma.

"Okay. Thank you, doctor. We'll discuss it with her family."

After thanking the doctor again, Gwen and Sean walked toward the ward.

"I should let you talk to Kirk about this."

Gwen didn't dare to talk to Kirk. He had been caring for Caroline and sticking close to her for the past two days. But Caroline never woke up, and Kirk had had a dark look on his face the entire time.

Forget the doctor who didn't dare tell her the truth; even she didn't have the guts to talk to Kirk.

Sean said awkwardly, "If we tell him this now, he'll definitely snap."

"Then, are we just not going to tell him?" Gwen was about to cry. "What if Carol is really in a coma? What should we do?"

Sean quickly hugged her. "Don't cry. I'm thinking of a solution. How about this? I'll try to lure him away. Then, we'll take Caroline for a check-up when he's gone."
